  I ordered a sweatshirt three weeks ago they have taken my money. I still have yet to receive the sweatshirt. I have tried to contact customer service in which I receive no response but they still have my money. This is a scam company and I do not recommend anyone use it at all. They will take your money. Will not respond to you, and it is fake

  SCAM Alert/ this is from our post I tell the story in the reel but my wife @laurenking_fit was contacted by someone from this company claiming to be Albert. He texted claiming to want her to be a new model/athlete for their low quality fitness gear. She was prompted to order at least 200 bucks worth of gear and was given the link and discount code for her Instagram page. It took a couple of months before the items even arrived and they weren’t the correct items. ????? We did as requested and started making content based around yet another fitness apparel company with the name Alpha in it…. Let’s get a little more creative with names please. She was told in text that she would be contacted by a coach to help with hashtags, creative captions, etc. Did she ever hear from them. Absolutely not. No one from the company liked, commented, or did anything for that matter. So it lead us to asking for a refund where “Albert” the king of scams said that there is nothing she could do to a multimillion dollar company…. Fair point Albert, but we can spread awareness of your terrible products. I can also make fun of you and your lack of compassion towards people that are trying to make an honest living. You see we are decent people and don’t sit behind our phones and take advantage of people. We can share and spam this over and over and continue to tarnish your reputation. Then maybe… just maybe you’ll change your name to something that doesn’t have Alpha in it. I think Beta wear fitness is more appropriate for you and your company’s actions ***update. After my wife told him that she wanted nothing to do with them and to stop contacting/harassing her. He proceeded to spam text, leave voice messages that he promptly deleted, then called to harass further. I would like to say that your background business noise you had playing in the background during the call was a complete joke and we both laughed. I hope you and Miguel sleep well with your PO Box.

  This review is not only completely inaccurate, but the ignorance here shows that Lauren and Nathaniel don’t have the fitness industry experience they claimed to, clearly. First, this order was long delivered as per the tracking shown here: ****************************** Next, our brand sends what’s called an athlete set up email to ensure that each applicant has the proper information to tag us on social. Lauren never once tagged us properly so that her content would appear. This makes Lauren only the second trial athlete in 10 years of business that wasn’t able to follow these basic directions. We certainly won’t waste our energy responding to the blatant ignorance here, but we have had two headquarters here in Florida for nearly 10 years now. Many online business utilize PO Boxes for return packages. This is nothing new in this industry and if Lauren and Nathaniel had any experience, they too would know this. We appreciate the highly inaccurate attempt at defaming our respected brand, but we have indeed already sent all documentation over to our attorney as slandering our brand based off of Lauren’s inability to follow basic directions is not something we will be standing for. Our attorney will be moving forward with any further contact. Meta has already seen our report and is taking action against their slanderous posts. We urge the two of you to do better.

  This company is a joke. Contacted me to be sponsored as a brand athlete through my kids IG profile who has over 20k followers. When I verified the IG was for my kid the owner, CEO, became quit condescending and was down right rude. Also, it was very odd they would ask me if i had purchased any of there apparel, and how much apparel I owned. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. Buyers beware for sure on this one!!!!!

  This review is quite absurd. The individual applied for his under age child to be an athlete with our brand. As per the text log, the manager in question was more than respectful in letting this individual know that we only work with adults over 18. The fact that this caused this individual to leave a review is quite concerning. This can be closed as it is not relevant in any way to our business dealings.

  I was contacted by text by a rep for Alpha Wear, asking for background on my fitness status, etc. long story short: they want to give me a trial to earn a sponsorship from them. In order to do that, I am required to purchase 6 items which came out to $159.02 then begin a 2 week trial, marketing their product. It’s been two months now with continuous emails back & forth and of course no refund. Just generic responses awaiting the manager or CEO response.

  Do not buy from SCAM. Was approached by this company offering me a spot on their ambassador team. Sounded like a good idea at the time. Was told in order to get started I had to buy 6 or more products from their clothesline to get started. I placed an order right away and stopped hearing from them right after. I never received my order. It has now been 8 months since my order was placed. I’ve reached out multiple times and only response I get is they will look into it and I never will get a follow up response. So I’m telling as many people as possible to avoid this company at all costs.

  Do not deal with this company or fall into this trap. do your research before dealing with this company.the owner Albert contacts via cellphone or email no company telephone 9 years in business uses P.O. Box. I had to purchased significant amount worth of merchandise received no tracking# no information, and one of my orders was a kit that he claims he had one left in stock. No tracking number for week and a half, to two weeks so finally did some research scan come up all over the internet about the Owner and his company been doing this to people for years. So I disputed this with my bank and no I am getting threats about lawsuit and if I didn’t pay the money buy I certain time got accused of buyer fraud when I recieved no merchandise. And made them aware I no longer want the merchandise. And that I am going to learn my lesson. Do not put a dime into this company.

  This complaint is highly inaccurate and it’s a shame that we have to spend valuable time responding to such blatant ignorance. However, we will make sure to explain what actually happened below. First, Alpha Wear has been a long established brand for over 9 years in this industry. Anyone with even a fraction of industry experience knows our brand well. We have been gainfully successful and have hundreds of thousands of happy customers all over the world. These customers literally tag us on all social platforms for anyone to see. Next, Ramon obviously has little to no fitness industry experience given his complete failure to follow basic direction in reading the athlete set up email we sent him. While our athlete program is not for profit, Ramon had never owned or supported our brand. With this, he needed the product to move forward with the trail run so that we could properly place him. After reaching out via email 3 times and being ignored, our team reached out via text to help resolve the issue with his inaccurate address on file. Once resolved, the shipment was immediately shipped out with tracking. The issue here came when Ramon decided to buy into completely fake and inaccurate complaints posted here on the BBB, due solely to his failure to follow directions. Should he have followed directions like our other athletes here, he would already know that we gave fair warning about these fake “complaints” made by people that have absolutely nothing to do with our company. This individual then committed blatant buyer fraud in opening a chargeback on an already shipped order. With this, we have moved forward with immediate legal action. To top all of this off, the dispute was opened WELL before the legal 30 day timeframe set forth by the FTC. Do better, Ramon. You’re not going to be able to pull a fast one like this and get away with it here. If any further information is needed, kindly reach out to us directly. We are always 100% truthful and have no reason to be anything other. Thank you.

  To Clarify, upon me purchasing my order I recieved not tracking number # and I had only one choice of payment options which directed me to ****** pay which my address is linked to my ****** account so the fact that they are claiming I supplied the wrong address is beyond me and I took the necessary precautions to Protect myself, and second of all he can keep claiming he shipping the merchandise because I have every bit of Proof nothing was shipped but he thinks he can threaten and bully people into paying him. Funny how so many people complained about his company and has gone through similar situations but he is not at fault. And I made it aware I don’t want the merchandise even before he shipped he is still tends on shipping it he will recieve the merchandise back. He can proceed with whatever lawful actions his wishes. I have made no fault in protecting my self. He clearly doesn’t know the law about buyer protection and buyer fraud you can’t commit buyer without the merchandise. Again do not buy from this company or this is the type of stuff you will have to deal with. He claims he professional what professional works through texts messages and emails and adds emojis in his messages come on now. Don’t fall for this like i did.

  I still have all the documents that till this day the order never shipped so don’t feed into This guys lies I everything documented everyday I can easily submit proof till this day the order never shipped so keep making lies. I disputed with my bank due to fraudulent activity on his behalf and I am not paying for merchandise that I don’t intend on receiving. And I never recieve any emails from this company to ignore them because I have every single email from them going forward so nice I have everything single documented. So again it’s not buyer fraud if you do not have any merchandise from the company nice try though.

  One star is far too much for this "company". I was reached out to by someone who claimed to be "Albert", the CEO of this whole thing. He gave me the same spiel about how great an opportunity this was and all that. The professionalism is non-existent on his end. All you have to do is scroll through his responses on this very page to see just how low this excuse for a man will stoop. There is no legal team, so if you're someone who got duped like the rest of us and you're reading this, understand that you are well within your legal right to return any items you receive, if you receive items at all. I'm sure this review will be met with the same childish games Albert plays over email and text. He is a scammer. He said I've been removed from the team (which I never signed onto in the first place) and essentially said if I say anything about his tactics it will be met with a response "under the full extent of the law". EVERYONE: IF HE FILES A LAWSUIT HE WOULD HAVE TO EXPOSE HIS BUSINESS FOR WHAT IT IS. They're empty threats, just don't give this guy your money and move on. L company L "man" L tactics. Sitting alone in the darkness without ever having felt the loving touch of a woman will do that to you!

  This individual clearly has very little understanding of basic business, as it is not possible to "scam" someone using an item based business with tracking here in the United States. More so, Travis completely failed at handling himself like a professional. After our owner and athlete team helped complete his set up, he completed his purchase and then failed to follow directions like the other athletes. In failing to follow these directions, he did not read his athlete set up email, which explains how the fake complaints started and how we are currently resolving them. As a 19 year old man, we expected much more from Travis. After he cursed at our owner, failed to hold a voice call with our athlete team, and failed to follow basic direction, we removed him from our athlete team and shipped his order as a customer account. Travis is a prime example of how not to handle yourself when working with a long established brand of over 9 years in this industry. We did share our poor experience with Travis with our sister brands to ensure that they don't share the same experience moving forward. In the future, It is advised that this individual learns to ask questions before buying into completely fake and already debunked complaints. While we know now that common sense isn't as common as we would like to think, it takes just a few minutes to scroll our company Instagram to see tens of thousands of people around the world tagging us wearing our apparel and accessories. While we don't expect an apology from Travis when his items arrive, we can tell you that people that buy into these fake complaints generally respond to us with apologies as soon as the order lands. Do better, Travis. Best of luck.

  If I could give them a zero I would, so since they are responding to just about all the negatives and claiming they are false I will post the email chain below “You applied to be an athlete but failed to communicate professionally via text. Best of Luck” My response: “ I am very busy and rarely near my phone and e-mail would have been nice before you guys texted or called. I am super busy, I think the real unprofessional is this right here. Don’t call me out when you had multiple avenues to contact me. Good day” Their final response and the most disgusting way to talk to people: “Hi Taylor, Most adult professionals are able to communicate properly, but we can see that you’re not yet there. To be clear, you did receive an email from our team well in advance. Given your lack of respect and professionalism after applying to be an athelte here, we will be sending this in to the owners group to ensure that no other brands share the same experience with you moving forward. Best of luck and take care.” So let me get this straight, my email sends your first email to a spam folder so I never receive it, I then get what I see as a scam from some unsolicited bumber claiming to be someone from this company (while I’m in the middle of working) I get spam texts and calls all day so I do not answer anyone I’m not expecting as I’m busy! They then proceeded to have no other form of communication with me other than calling me unprofessional. Like I told them a simple you aren’t a good fit would have been nice. Not some long paragraph attacking me as a person. I was not rude in anyway and I think the emails speak for themselves in who the true unprofessionals are. You guys are gaslighting everyone who is leaving a review. Your customer service members are rude and need to be trained to speak to people like professionals. I’m not sure why the need to bring in lawyers and attorneys when you are the ones supposedly spreading information out so we are all blacklisted. That’s wrong

  We don’t believe this review needs a response, as it’s completely obvious that this individual failed on all counts when it comes to handling himself like a professional. Here at Alpha Wear we value professionalism and strong communication. It is our right to move forward with another applicant if we aren’t receiving proper or professional communication. This person has nothing to do with our company what so ever. Thank you.
