This business does not follow ftc guidelines for online shopping. Charges a 20% fee for items that are not available at time of order. In other words if you order and the wait ends up being too long you cannot cancel without paying 20% fee. They're nothing more than a middle man. The methods are actual defined as a scam by ftc. In addition they canceled my order and took 20% without me agreeing to cancel. After they canceled I sent and email and mistaking wrote I do want to cancel and pay 20% fee. They tried to use that as me saying agreed. That was after they canceled and in communication before I never agreed in addition they knew that was a typo because all communication prior was very clear. Think about if there's any issue they are at minimum taking 20%. Risk worth taking definitely not. Pay a few bucks more and go directly to manufacturers or other real online retailers. In there replies they kept saying see the website. Information in website doesn't match my item it says for painted parts or carbon parts. There's a reason they might have slightly lower prices and it's because they do not complain with the laws. Illegal action clearly spelled out by ftc. Also rude in communication. After 3 days of not hearing anything I reached out for tracking and got a rude response saying I just ordered Monday. Pretty much the gist was I was not patient caused I asked for tracking information after 3 business days of no communication. Also told me 2 weeks is a blessing in these time. Unbelievable. Then rude messages being condescending as could be. Telling me to have a bless day, nothing I can do, and read the website. Greetings
Customer cancelled order 2 days after placing it for failure to read the website ETA. Website ETA for exhaust part was stated for and of August, order placed on 8/14, and agreed to 20% cancellation fee per electronically agreed upon terms and conditions an order 2 days after placing it. The refund was already issued when the customer claimed they "mistakingly wrote" that they agreed to cancel the order, we cannot reverse credits. We offered option to reorder the part and simply wait approximately 10 days for the item to ship, customer refused and continued to send harassing and berating emails and threats, to which we were forced to ignore after the 10th one
Our pricing on that part is the same as the vendor, as well as any other vendor who sells it. Unfortunately credit card and marketing fees are non refundable, also stated in multiple sections of the website, all sales are final, we do not offer full refunds unless an order is unable to be filled within 45 business days.
Your refund was issued in accordance with our terms and conditions and your acknowledgment and agreement of such in writing, apologies you claim to be mistake but that is not what happened and but we can no longer assist further in this matter
And yes, receiving custom ordered parts inside of 2 weeks in todays climate, is a blessing, at least we think so

I know the truth and so do you. Also your emails are not going away. Why would any business do what you're do? Heres the copy and paste of all email communication. Im taking next steps to not only defend myself but help others from your tactics that are highly illegal.

Makes ordering difficult when item shows available but is not actually available. Had I know I would not have ordered parts with current eta of end of month. Can we cancel that portion of the order?

We're not open on Sundays and neither is the vendor, orders are processed the next business day
Website says what the ETA Is as well as the order confirmation email details, waiting 2 weeks for shipment is a blessing now a days
20% if you want to cancel today as the order has already been processed, or store credit can be issued in the original amount paid
You can switch to the catted version of that part, it's $140 additional, otherwise, tracking will be sent when we have it

Okay monday it is... so 3 days zero communication until I finally had to ask.
Just spoke eos and they said they haven't taken payment yet so what would the 20% be for? I could understand if you needed to restock or had any lose on your part but 20% would be 100% profit for you if I canceled now.
2 weeks is not a blessing now. I've ordered 32k worth of parts of the last 2 weeks alone and this is the longest wait. Lg Motorsports built me an entire kit in 4 days. I don't want to wait two weeks when I can buy elsewhere and not be treated condescendingly and get it now. I'm building something that has to be done and obviously you could careless but 20% for nothing is a scam at best. Card companies protect us against thus situation exactly.

A vendor charging us or not charging us has no bearing on our policies, cancellation fees goes towards other things, marketing costs, administrative, credit card fees etc, the fee is our policy, not that of EOS, you didn't order from EOS
They wont send an invoice until item is ready to ship, calling them isn't going to get the order our any faster, if you ordered it from them, you'd be told the same thing
All info relating to orders, is on our website, all sales are final,
Ordering $1 or $1,000,000 from other companies has no bearing on our policies, or ordering anything from us, the policies are written exactly for us to protect against this type of situation you now created by failing to exhibit any patience and being incorrect in your assumtptions something was going to ship on a Sunday, when the website clearly states the current ETA as the end of august
We'll take that as you want to cancel the order as threatening to file chargeback is against policy, which you already waived that right at the time of checkout, you have no protection from your CC company for failing to wait a few weeks for shipment
Y9our refund has been issued less cancellation fee, if you wish to reorder, we will invoice again for whatever the balance is less the fee

****** bait and switch company. They represent themselves as an ACS Composite reseller there linking to ACS, but you DO NOT receive ACS Genuine, you receive part THEY paint and overcharge you for. The Amazon Listing is for OEM GM C7 Wheel Moldings, painted Carbon Flash Metallic, they are OEM PARTS purchased direct from our Chevrolet Dealer sold by several sellers under the same listing, this is how amazon works. Listings are not all individual, it's called a buy box, multiple listings of the same product sold by more than one company. This feedback is a wild fabrication as the buyer did not want to pay to return an item they purchased in error and no longer wanted. No Fraud took place as the buyer was refunded once the item was returned, we consider this case closed
Furthermore, OEM C7 Wheel moldings do NOT come from GM painted, we do custom paint them in house, as we do with 100s of parts we sell. The amazon listing further stated the parts are custom painted
No one is "investigating" anything and no fraud took place

Complete and total liars. They link themselves on ****** as an ACs composite part reseller. They paint their own, which are most defiantly as good as ACS, and when you find out they are not genuine ACS they have you return them and keep over half for restocking fee. The same part probably sold returned and re-sold hundreds of times. These are NOT ACS. We have reported this to corporate ******, Florida State Attorney General and here. They will hopefully be permanently removed from ****** as not to deceive anyone else in the future. I have personally posted on the biggest Corvette Forum s around and the word is out to be careful. I spoke with guys over at ACS and they are well acquainted with this scam company, many complaints. In the end ****** got me my entire purchase amount + $20 and ACS Composites gave me$25 off the sale price.. all good for me, but they are fraudulently representing themselves, selling inferior parts, and keeping peoples money when discovered. ACS comes in a clearly marked white box these came in beat up GM box, poorly packed as well. I would have you further investigate these people and stop this. Correct, that are NOT ACS parts, we are NOT ACS, we do NOT ship any OEM GM parts in ACS boxes, the ****** listing does NOT say the products are ACS, it says they are OEM
They are OEM GM Parts, as advertised, direct from the dealer, if you want to buy aftermarket parts from another vendor, you're more than welcome to do so
Customer was already refunded, good luck with your continued efforts but we cannot address a customer complaint when they order OEM parts and are sent OEM parts and complain they're NOT aftermarket.

Your return even states ACS Composites. You fraudulently link on ****** so you show up as an ACS Reseller.. You are not. I am continuing and getting results this week. Stop linking as ACS on ****** and causing problems so you can make money off them You took about 4 messages before you would admit they are not ACS Your all over the internet as a fraudulent company.. I'll make sure every Corvette Owner I can reach will be cautious and avoid being caught in this scam. ****** allowed you to do it so they are at fault as well not checking fraudulent misleading fakes being linked and sold on site. I don't know how you can sleep at night. Invest effort in being above board and maybe you'll get positive results. Good Luck
