Everyone on here is correct. We were told we needed a 2k deposit for the vehicle! Yes 2k! Never had a deposit this expensive. They offered to reduce itfor an extra $10/day. How generous! When you add the toll fees (south Fla), my $50 rental turned into a $150 rental! Will never rent again. BTWanother couple was told $2500 for their deposit.Green Motion Car and Van Rental

They are the worst rental car company. I was late picking up my car and they wouldnt let me pick up in another day or give me a refund or credit, even though I reserved it for 7 more days. They should be put out of business. Their customer service is terrible. The guy cared nothing that we were going on vacation and now didnt have a car.Green Motion Car and Van Rental

Do not rent from Green Motion !!! I should have listened to all the bad reviews but I figured Id give them a try but as the reviews said they are scammers !! You will get over charged especially for insurance. They force you to pay it. *** at the counter was very condescending and the guy who received my car was Haitian and spoke Creole the whole time I was there turning the car in as if I spoke his language. He had me waiting over 30 minutes while he just joked around with his buddies. Do not under any circumstance rent from this company! I also waited over an hour to be picked up from the airport because they are located outside the airport. This company reminds me of the scamming rental companies in *****. I rent in ************* because in ***** they will **** you! Now Green motion does the same ! All these 5 star reviews are so fake they do them themselves 100% . If you want to get scammed go ahead and rent from these Scumbags!!Green Motion Car and Van Rental

Do not use this company. It is a scam to collect exorbitant insurance coverage and a large deposit. First of all, they are not at the airport or even close to it - they have a shuttle that comes infrequently to the *************. You could wait a while. And it turns out that the drivers of the shuttles are also the people whose do everything else at the company. They dont wear uniforms or have any other hallmark of a professional operation, and the 3 staff that were helping us did not speak English - they could not even look up the original reservation I made. The company only accepts insurance from 6 companies and only accepts credit cards. But if even you have insurance with one of the 6 companies you have to have $300,000 in liability to be able to use it! So basically you are buying their insurance no matter what - it cost me $112 for two days plus a $200 deposit that they negotiated down to $100. Very, very shady operation. Stick with one of the bigger more reputable companies - this one will only rip you off. They are based in ****** and I think they just set up a sham company to scam Americans.Green Motion Car and Van Rental

DO NOT RENT FROM GREEN MOTION! I have very good insurance. I provided them with the documentation and they still insisted that we pay the $500 insurance. Because we were tired and over it, I paid it and then disputed it with their customer service team. They were of no help at all.The location is off site and inconvenient and the service was poor on top of the ***** they are committing with their insane insurance policy. Crooks! Scammers! Liars! Coercion! Would not accept ******** insurance in *************** ***!! We even had CAA insurance which is AAA!!Made us pay extra 200$ to get the car after they were 6 hours late and it was Christmas Day and we had no choice!Green Motion Car and Van Rental

I was considering renting with green motion and am so grateful I read the reviews. I suspected this as I rented from Fox before in FLL and it was the same thing. How do these scam artists continue to exist. I feel bad for all of you as I have been there and they actually ruin your vacation.
