    Ismael at the Green Motion international car rental in Miami is the greatest representative I’ve ever met. I‘ve travel all my life, dealt with so much unruly people, but he is entirely the best. Wish there were more like him. He has so much patience and mannerisms. Much love to him. I’m 45 and never wrote a review but he deserve this

    The Counter Staff did not provide accurate information. On several occasions we told our representative that we would be utilizing our own insurance to which he responded that the deposit would be higher. My husband and I told him that was ok. He did not ask for proof of insurance he instead processed/sold an insurance policy that was more than the pre paid rental and told us the card would we placed on file was for the deposit/hold.

    After receiving the rental agreement and seeing what was charged I immediately contacted customer service and the agent was less than helpful.

    The customer service at the counter and customer service was poor.

    I would never recommend or rent with this company again.

    Scam, they lure you in with cheap rates, then force you to buy their insurance, which more then doubled the price!!!

    Worst company I think I have ever had to deal with. Stay away! They will up charge you for everything possible. Waited in line for over an hour, ended up getting a refund and heading to Enterprise where I was treated with respect and had a car in 15 minutes. Never again will I deal with this horrible company!!!

    Complete Scam
    Expedia should be ashamed for dealing with this company.
    I will never use GreenMotion again, and will likely quit Expedia as a result of this experience.

    They overcharged me as well for insurance and did not credit the full prepaid amount. It has been then impossible to submit a claim through booking.com or rentalcars.com.

    Scary creepy
    Extortion, insurance fraud, attempted abduction and aggravated robbery by Carlos (an airport shuttle driver)
    I booked a bundle flight and car through ********* (last time)
    Arrived at rental company and was immediately taken for almost $300 for their insurance ( even though my liability limits are well above Florida (law)
    The counter agent said I must have 300,000 property damage then puts us in a rent a wreck that I swear I thought would breakdown. No radio, stunk like sweat, and mold scratches all over. Obviously this car is insured at this point for well more than it's value.
    Fast forward next day, I discovered they kept my Driver License so went back got that and traded for a better car.
    The night of our departure is when it got creepy!
    2 women alone
    8:40pm on a dark street waiting on shuttle driver for our departing flight.
    Driver pulls up, immediately says he picked us up the day before and we didn't tip him.
    Not true.. never saw this guy before in my life!
    He takes off with only us 2 and keeps asking me if I needed something to sniff I ignored him
    He proceeded to an alley, stops the shuttle next to a dumpster and says we're going to sit here for a few minutes.
    Silence .... at least 5 minutes go by, no one says a word.
    Then then driver starts asking if we are going to tip him or will we have to get out!!!
    I said I have a tip ( which I did have in my hand)
    And I said we really need to get to our flight.
    By the grace of God he drove us to our destination after getting his $10 tip

    Renting from Green motion was the absolute worst car rental experience I have ever had in my 20 years of traveling. They don’t tell you this before you get there but when you arrive, they require a copy of your car insurance declarations page or they are going to charge you double to rent a car. In addition to that, they are going to charge your credit card for a $2000 security deposit. This place is a scam. Do yourself a favor and go with a nationally recognized brand.

    2 shuttles to get to location. Waited about 1 hour for that, Waited 2 1/2 hours in line to get our car. Car was filthy and did not want to wait in line for another hour so we cleaned ourself. Returned car and got charged $175 "cleaning fee" when we got the car dirty. Called manager took 2 days for someone to just answer the phone. Manager Jessica was extremely rude. Kept saying she couldn't find my reservation and kept trying to throw me off the phone till I said I was going to go further with pictures reviews and finally she found my reservation and was unable to further help me. She admitted the man that did my reservation messed up on everything. She kept putting me off to send a receipt with charges to my email. Threatened to hang up on me because I wanted to resolve this issue before
    She hung up. Horrible will never go through this company ever again! The transportation guy did not help loading any of our bags or my sons adaptive stroller picking up or dropping off and mocked my husband as we were getting dropped off. Horrible all the way around. I prepaid before arrive and they will figure out any way to charge your credit card

    This company deserve to lose its business license and owners jailed! They are liars! They are knowingly and intentionally committing insurance fraud and coercion! There’s no florida law requiring $300,000 in insurance coverage! They’re abusing that potential local costs clause on ******* and I’m pushing hard to have them banned! They know trying to find a rental car last minutes after hours of travel and kids people will just suck up the extra insurance costs which I’m guessing they’re either laundering or getting huge kick backs and savings from the insurance company! Their guy that works the desk is slow as ****, he must be completely okay with ripping people off and used to their coercive ways and getting paid well enough for half the customers to go are you fricking kidding me! as I was dropping off my car there was literally a mother and kids that have been traveling being told their prepaid car wasn’t there and too darn bad. I was told either pay us the extra money or I can go! Like are you serious I planned this weeks ahead of time. I’m a fixed income as a disabled vet and I’m here for a class I paid more money for their coercive theft then it would be for full coverage on my 23 year old car I drive intentionally to keep my overhead down….because I’m a disabled vet that can’t physically work full time. At nearly $500 I could have rented from an on-site airport location and put less stress on myself. Then they drop you off at one stop forcing you to travel all the way across to the other side of the airport. They’ve already extorted all the money they could from you so here’s our last big middle finger to you!! Have a nice 3?mile walk … just to get to check in with all your stuff and kids. I’m literally there for a class so I can attempt to make a little more then basic minimal living and maybe afford to drive something a little newer or live somewhere bigger then 350 sq feet yes that was 350 sq feet!
