  In my credit report there is an account with number ************ made by the collection agency HF Holdings, with a balance of 750 dollars and whose original credit is 07 life institute, with report date 7/1/2024. I am not responsible for the debt with 07 life institute and I do not have any contract with HF Holdings. They did not provide me with any application as I requested. There are no credit inquiries or contracts with either company.

  Attached are both of the invoices evidencing the debt owed by ******. The current and original creditor is *************** as the "complaint" states. We communicated this debt to ****** in April and May 2023. He promised to make payments, but never did. We welcome him to contact our office so we may assist him in resolving his claim.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The contract with life Institute was canceled in July and my last payment was made in the month of July. From that day on I did not receive any type of service from said company. On the other hand, an invoice is not enough to validate the alleged debt and, if applicable, it would at least need: - name and address of the alleged creditor - Name in the file of the alleged debtor - alleged account number # - amount of the alleged debt - date on which the alleged debt became payable - date of cancellation or original default - inform if said debt was assigned or purchased - if it was purchased, know the value for which the debt was purchased - agreement or contract where It is specified that I, as the alleged debtor, owe the creditor and my signature with social security number or at least the last four of the ss and full name rests.

  When we communicated with ****** on 04/25/2023, he asked to settle the debt for a lesser amount. ************** authorized us to settle for $400. We spoke with ****** again on 05/09/2023 and he said he would pay the $400 settlement 20 days thereafter. This never came to fruition.

  We will not share any of the consumer's personally identifiable information on this platform. The supporting documents were also mailed to the consumer again, tracking number: 9589 0710 5270 0488 5058 10. They are waiting to be picked up by ******. Again, we welcome him to contact our office to discuss or he may prefer to contact ************** directly.

  Secured services of this company to go after an individual who owed money. No updates provided along the way except to request a lot more money of me. This company is shady and fraudulent

  I deny any responsibility for the debt with this collection agency;HF HOLDINGS (09 ******************** DBA)Account #: *********I have no contractual obligation to pay this debt, and they failed to provide me with evidence of a valid contract. Without a valid contract, I do not believe I am required to make payments towards this debt.I demand these accounts immediate removal from credit report.

  On September 5, 2023 our office mailed all supporting documents to the consumer via certified mail, Tracking Number: 7018 1130 0002 2474 3276. We have received no response from the consumer. We have attached those documents and proof of mailing to this response.   The consumer owes a debt to our client, Family First Life - Solidity. Per the creditor, Mr. ******* wrote insurance policies on client's. The insurance policies charge-backed and the agent failed to pay the insurance carriers back the money he was previously advanced. The agent failed to pay back the insurance carriers the money that was owed due to chargebacks/cancellations of client's policies. ****** was in Family First Life - Solidity's "down-line". When he failed to pay back the insurance carriers (******* and *****) the debt then rolled to Family First Life - Solidity which paid back his debt to the insurance carriers.

  Supporting documentation is attached to this reply. Mr. ******* has refused to communicate with HF Holdings and ignored all attempts to assist him with resolving his debt, prior to lodging this frivolous "complaint".   The consumer is mistaken to believe he needs to have a contract with a 3rd party collection agency that has not purchased the debt he owed to our client, Family First Life - Solidity, which is the current and original creditor. Regardless of whether or not the consumer accepts or rejects the response, the debt appears valid, due & owing. Accordingly, the derogatory **** on his credit report shall remain, as permitted by law. We welcome him to call our office at ************ or write to us at *********************************** to discuss an opportunity to repay the debt he owes and have the **** removed from his credit.

  I have received my credit report last month. I was surprised to discover that there were addresses there that I never resided, accounts that I have no knowledge of and unauthorized inquiries. I am taking a precaution that I may have been a victim of identity theft so I am reporting this. Also I have contacted the creditors to make them know of the breach but they are requesting that I fill out a full Packet to show cause in order for them to cease reporting to my credit due to this identity theft.   I do not know what this company is or who they are they call and email me to harass me and have never sent any paperwork to be traced to whoever is committing these illegal acts of harassment.Where we are in the world today these people ae scary and freighting. I answered the phone a few times and they were very pushy and i felt threatened. They could be coming to my house with violence for all i know. Please get them to stop and find out who they are so they can be criminally prosecuted and held accountable.

  We have spoken with ******************* on numerous occassions regarding a $7,050.80 debt owed to our client, JKS ***************. Attached is a message between the parties whereby the debtor acknowledges the debt, refused to pay and our client subsequently provides him with our contact information. Per JKS Carpet cleaning, ************** has effectively committed insurance fraud as he allegedly received an insurance check to pay for JKS *************** services, but instead he kept the funds for himself and now refuses to pay it back. We have asked ************** several times for his attorney's contact info, but he has refused to provide that. ************** has unjustly enriched himself via payment from his insurance carrier, which was earmarked to pay our client whom is currently evalutating its legal remedies to enforce their rights and pursue ************** for the debt he owes.

  I received a notice that I have a collection from HF HOLDINGS on my credit report. It says it was opened on 10/16/2019 for $1,400 with account number starting in ************ that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.

  This is not an actual complaint and there has been zero wrong-doing. ****'s debt is owed to our client when they worked as a life insurance agent with FFL-Solidity and was direct to them with the insurance ******************************. **** was advanced commissions by ******* ***************** for a client's policy. The client cancelled the policy. **** received a chargeback and never paid the insurance company back the advanced commissions. The commissions you received and failed to pay back amount to $994.59. You have been unresponsive to the creditor as well as communications from this office. If you cannot pay the entire debt at once, you may call our office at ************ to discuss payment options.
