      Holy c*** this company is a scammmmm. Realized after talking to this ***** that I should call the hotel directly and make sure we got the right room, considering we were paying over $2000 dollars. Called the hotel and what do you know the wrong room. The only way to change it was to cancel with this scammy company. I was told we would be refunded if I called two days ahead of time before 4pm which I did. I was hung up on, I called back and told there was an error I had to escalate like what error. Then it was if i cant get ahold of the hotel I called the hotel just fine minutes later I waited the two days I was told to wait. Still nothing so I called back in, got hung up on 2 times!!!! By the time I got the 3rd ***** I was ******, same c*** all over again. I have to wait two more days. Its a Friday. This is a scam, even when they called back the number on my phone said possible scam caller will never book through this number again, we reported it to our cc company that we were scammed. Completely ruined our family weekend.
