      I needed to make a reservation at the ************ and Suites today and when I called a man named **** answered the phone. He was extremely professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the place and how to do his job. He is a very good representative of your company. He made the whole experience a very pleasant one.

      I was processing a reservation for my husband who works on a road *********** often work out of town. I booked a room for 2 nights and when I hit submit my computer said, "oops, your request was not processed" so I went back and submitted again. I then thought well I better call the number & verify the booking went thru. I was told by the representative that I had made 2 reservations and that it was not refundable. WHAT??? I just did this and it was a mistake. You mean to tell me that when a computer mistake is made I can't get a cancellation refund for the mistake that was less than 30 minutes ago? UNBELIEVABLE. I was then told by a supervisor that I can cancel but it will cost me over $300 to cancel the mistake reservation. What a ripoff! I will NEVER be fooled by these people again. BIG SCAM!!! It ended up costing me over $850 for 1 person to stay 2 nights in a dumpy hotel with no customer resolution. I do not recommend anyone to use this site.
