      I was confirming the amount upon booking and when I got the email found out it was in USD. That was not indicated to me even after confirming the amount in CDN. Then went to cancel less than five minutes after book ya d was told it was too late. Never received a refund nor contacted back after inquiring several times for a refund. Do not recommend booking here.

      Dont USE this site! They took my money and the hotel didnt even have a room for me! Ive waited over 30 days for a refund and still havent received one.

      Horrible! We booked at a hotel with an attached water resort. I was informed the price is was paying included the hotel room for 2 adults and 2 children with water park admission the entire weekend. When I checked my confirmation it stated the rate was for the room only. Also there was some random $200"charge that i know nothing about. Im about to cancel the payment through my bank I have called literally 10 times with promises of call backs and nothing! They even said their calls were recorded and they would listen to it. If they did, there would be no dispute! Im requesting some form of reimbursement!! Not to mention, the hotel room was not worth the price! This was maybe a $100 a night room that i paid $300 a night for!

      This is a misleading company. I googled the hotel I was trying to make a reservation and they are the first link. They make it look like you are on the actual hotel's page. I made a reservation and accidentally booked an extra day. Now can't get them to remove the extra day and refund me for that day. They say they "tried their best but can't find the availability". That does not even make sense. There is no availability needed - we are already booked for the room. Just need the last day removed so we can check out one day early. This site is a scam!
