      I thought his name was ******* but in squid layer mode and he did a wonderful job got me a better motel probably a four to five star motel on the same street for a dollar less and last night I spent three hours on the phone and got a two-star hotel that shouldn't even be on the reservation list ******* was wonderful professional understanding and took care of me in a wonderful way I appreciate his great customer service

      We were told that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport and after I placed the reservation I called the hotel directly to be informed that they do not offer a shuttle. I am very disappointed with this service.

      They were definitely deceptive by impersonating the Best Western direct hotel, which I was not happy about. My confirmation email came from Reservations.com Lodging and included U.S. pricing but also showed Philippine currencymajor red flag. When I called, I explained that I hadnt realized I wasnt booking directly with the hotel, and that their rates were actually higher than booking straight through Best Western. At first, they tried to charge me a one-night cancellation fee. I refused, told them I would be reporting fraud and filing with the BBB for their deceptive practices. Only then did they agree to issue a full refund - which they have.
