Avoid Gold Parking Orlando: Damaged Car, Empty Promises!!7350 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL ***** I'm writing this review to warn future travelers wanting to use Gold Parking Orlando near the Orlando ******. Here's what happened:Car Moved and Damaged: They promised secure parking, but upon returning, I discovered they had moved my car into a space clearly too tight. Another car, trying to maneuver in the cramped lot, hit my vehicle and drove off.Unkept Promise and Denial of Responsibility: The manager initially said they'd cover the damage. However, after a week of delays and me obtaining a $1,700 repair estimate, they refused to pay. They claimed no responsibility despite moving my car into an unsafe spot.Managerial Yelling and ************* When I reminded the manager of his promise to compensate me, he yelled at me! They don't even have insurance for situations like this.Long Shuttle Waits and Disorganization: Adding insult to injury, the shuttle service was nowhere near as frequent as advertised. It took over an hour to retrieve my car after I finally landed.This experience was a nightmare! My car is damaged, I'm stuck with the repair bill, and Gold Parking offered nothing but delays, empty promises, and unprofessional behavior.Here's the takeaway:Don't use Gold Parking Orlando! Their practices are risky and their customer service is appalling.Read the reviews! My experience aligns with others who've had problems with car damage and unreliable service.Protect yourself. RUN!!!! This is the worse experience we have ever had regarding a simple parking process. The reservation was booked on June 3, 2024. At arrival the (man) told my daughter to go park and it will be a 45 minute wait to get to the airport. Thats totally unacceptable. The flight wouldve been missed or my daughter wouldve been running like crazy with her asthma ******** to make her flight. They also overbooked the lot and it was obvious by the lack of spaces vs number of cars he kept letting in according to my daughter. I called and asked for a refund since the reservation was not being honored accordingly and was told (in an accent that was not comprehensible) to send an email. I called and asked for the email address. I asked him to spell the first few words because I could not understand him. I also asked him to slow his speech. He told me no and that it was my problem that I cant understand him. Im sorry but Im American born and raised. I dont understand Middle Eastern when its spoken in a manner thats too fast or that caters to someone of their descent. (Trying to be respectful here) My daughter asked for a business card and he walked away. Please, please, please park somewhere else. This place is reprehensible and the person who works there is the most disrespectful person I have encountered in a very long time. I told him I would be filing a complaint with the **** He didnt care. I definitely wont be using airportparkingreservations.com anymore either. I will only park at the airport from today forward. Its not worth the bother to deal with someone who could care less because theyve already taken your money. RUN!!!!Review from Ron S

These people appear to be ripe off folks ,warning,warning.i booked through way ,they would not take the reservation along with half the people in line...I nearly missed my flight....criminal..warning do not book here...it cost me double to find parking,stress,stress these people should not be in businessReview from Travis C

When we returned from our trip, I went to the company's website where it clearly states "When you return from your trip, you’ll find Gold Park shuttles running at Ground Transportation Level 1 Terminal A "A34-A37" and Terminal B "B35-B38". " (https://goldparkorlando.com/pages/about-us). We waited at Terminal B for about 45 minutes, at which point I called them and they said "we only pick up from Terminal A and we don't come unless you call us". I said that is totally inconsistent with the info on your website. He said they should have given me a claim check with pickup information when I dropped off my car. Well they didn't give me a claim check or any pick-up information. And even if they did, they need to update the incorrect info on their website! Very unprofessional, I'm never parking here again.Review from Melanie B

I.would have missed my flight (despite arriving 3 hours before my flight). The manager would not accept my prepaid voucher. When I started crying. she threatened to call the cops if I didn't calm down. She cursed at me and I ended up not getting to the airport until an hour and a half upon arrival at Gold Park.Review from Neisha G.

My recent experience at Gold's Park in Orlando was highly disappointing. The level of customer service provided was deplorable, and I strongly advise against using this establishment. From the start, communication was difficult due to the gate attendant's limited English proficiency. Making a reservation through way.com proved futile, as Gold's Park no longer accepted bookings through that platform. Despite purchasing new tickets directly, staff questioned payment even though our vehicles were already parked. Attempts to contact Gold's Park for shuttle service went unanswered, resulting in a significant wait time. Upon our return, we faced additional frustration when the driver requested our car keys and one of our vehicles was blocked by others. The business owner then demanded payment, engaging in an unprofessional and heated argument. In conclusion, my experience at Gold's Park Orlando was highly disappointing. I strongly recommend seeking alternative parking options that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism.Review from Tamisha B

I have used Gold Park multiple times, however this last time was horrible. The driver had way too many people on the van, people sitting on laps and 1 man stood up because he didn't want to wait for the shuttle to come back. They over book, the parking lot is total chaos. You have to press your key fob to locate your car. Then I could not find my email for the barcode to get out so the attendant comes to the car and says very rudely just find the barcode, I'm looking for it. He then says give him the paper off the rear view mirror, then another man comes and I say please just tell me what I owe so I can pay and get out. He then says hurry up and get out I don't want to see your ******* face By now he had my phone, he scanned the code, I said give me my phone back so I can leave, he then says **** ***, which I say **** *** back. This place is trash there is no customer service and they need to be shut down..I will never use them againReview from Holly H

Made a reservation ahead of flight . Arrived on flight day, owner answered phone and hung up on a customer mid sentence asking about his reservation. Turned to me and said we are full . I explained I paid for a reservation online last week and he said go cancel and get your money back. He was mean and scary and nasty and rude. We drove around looking for parking and ended up almost missing our flight. We paid for priority boarding but missed our they were already calling the last set of ppl to board . So we got separated from our child . I will never recommend anyone book with this place. It needs to go to an actual NEW ownership, not just a different family member with the same values of rudeness and horrible service . Ruined the whole beginning of our trip and we ended up paying three times as much for a place to park .Review from Jiovanni C

The man that answered the phone when I called to pick us up was very disrespectful and continuously screamed at me on the phone. He immediately wanted my ticket number and continued to scream at me on the phone.He should have shown more respect and courteous to his customer.Gold Park Orlando, LLC Response

WE APOLOGIZED OF WHAT HAPPENED BUT WHEN SHE CALLED HE ASKED HER OF THE CLAIM CHECK # OR THE RESERVATION # SHE SAID IT DOESN'T MATTER I DON'T HAVE IT .SHE IS THE ONE WHO START YELLING ON HIM.
