1 starI was furious! My hardworking was taken advantage of by this company, charged double what he was quoted. When we stopped to ask why it was so high the lady who ran out to the exit gate told us it was tax. When we pointed out that tax could not account for that much of an increase, she said, too bad, that is the fee today. It's the worse place to park your car. The people that works at this place are rude. The owner (manager) is more rude even. Treating the customers with not manners. They know when you park at this place is because you are flying soon and you don't have time to complaint. They use this against you. I bought a parking for 5 days at ******* ($ 46 total) and the ** code didn't work at their reading station. They said to me to complaint at ******* and ask for a refund. We were short on time to do so and we need to leave the car at their facility. Our surprise was when we came back they charged us $ 93 and no right to complaints. They charges you whatever they want because you already parked there and they didn't want to solve your issues. If you are thinking to park at this facility please avoid it. There are a lot better places around. You will go to a horror house if you step in there.OMNI Airport Parking Orlando

Unfortunately, yours was not working our team kindly explained you had to contact the third party used to book to get a refund that all we could do is let you in using a ticket which would charge at the end of your stay with us the lot rate. Find an alternative airport parking company! The rate is cheap but you get what you pay for, LITERALLY. They expanded their area to include a large dirt area with HUGE dips and drops that are filled with water whenever it rains. You have to avoid the mud and puddles to get out of your car and get to the front building. Further, their shuttles do not run on any sort of schedule and pickup is almost certain to be delayed. On my last trip, I waited an hour and a half, called the business 6 times, and was told the shuttle was ***** minutes away each time by their third-party service **** from out of the country. It is quite ridiculous to be lackluster at providing the only services that people pay you for! Pay more and utilize literally any other airport parking company for your sanity and money's worth.OMNI Airport Parking Orlando

1 starI paid for a 3 day parking space at this company and when we arrived we had to park all the way in the back dirt area. Then the shuttle had us wait an additional 25 min. to get to the airport and almost made us miss our flight. Upon return we arrived at the airport at 1:20 am and immediately called Omni for pick up and they said they would be there in 15min. And dos not arrive until an hour in a half later after ******************************************* if I didnt like waiting I should have read the reviews before booking. When we went to pick up the car they then added an additional $15 to leave the parking lot although we paid for 3 days and was there within the grace ****** of the 2 hours permitted by their company sign. I put in for 2am. Pick up and they dropped us off at 3:43am. These people are criminal. There was No staff on site and when I called today to speak to a manager I was told they are not available.Review fromRucelis L

1 starI been using Omni Parking for the last 4 years and never had a problem until now. I purchase my spot on the same day and was accepted and parked with no problems. At my return at 12:AM me and another group waited an entire hour for a shuttle and not one on sight. I ended up taking a taxi at 1:15AM paid $25. There was nobody to take me to my car so I dragged my 2 luggage up til the very end of the parking lot, dropped my luggage when got to the rocky no asphalt ground and walked some more to get my car. It was cold and dark and empty no one around. Finally I got my car, picked up the luggage that I left on the asphalt road. Then I couldn’t get out because the QRI code didn’t work at the gate. Then finally I saw a shuttle arriving with the group that was waiting, a complete 1:30 hour late. A man came out of the office and opened the gate with a beeper to let me out. Finnaly I was out around 2:AM. !!!!!! Completely unnecessary.Review fromDiana Z

1 starWe arrived on Christmas Eve with a valid reservation and they said that the lot was full and would not honor it even though we booked parking for this period on July 11 th.It was prepaid . 1 starDon't do it! The staff may be nice, but the company gouges you, with zero customer service. I reserved parking for $5.99 a day ($69) for Dec. 16-25, which was fine. But when I needed to fly out a day early and add a day of parking, their single QR code system wouldn't allow that. I had to cancel my rez and make a new one, which was inconvenient but fine. What wasn't fine is they canceled my rez without telling me the price had increased to $9.99 a day ($122). So they essentially charged me $53 for one day! They should have honored my original price and charged me $9.99 for only the added day. I called them, but wasn't allowed to speak with anyone about a refund. I emailed several good arguments for a $50 refund, but only received a couple of curt "no refund" emails and then no response after that. When I arrived at MCO on a deadly quiet Christmas night, I waited 40 minutes for their shuttle while I watched The Parking Spot van come and go 4 times and others 2-3 times. To add insult to injury, they had parked cars in a perpendicular line directly behind all the self-park cars on the outer edge of the lot. I had to wait 10-15 mins. while they searched for keys and moved the car blocking mine.Review fromDarryl W

I prepaid on line to park my car from Friday 26th May to Sunday 4th June > I was gone until Tuesday 30th June, but due to a family crisis I had to cut my trip short and return home. I called for pick up and they took over one hour to pick me up, Upon arriving at the parking facility I realized there was no customer service representative on site., I proceeded to call the customer service number that I had and explained the situation, the person on the other end told me there is no refund due to any circumstances> In my opinion this company is ripping off consumers because they know there is no repercussions for their shady business practices.' I had train and plane reservations and after I explained my situation I got refunded from those other companies' shame on you GLOBAL, OMNI WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR REFER THEM TO ANY ONE. I recently made reservations, though you, to park at Omni Airport Parking for 8 days, starting on 1pm, 5/16/2023.My flight brought me back to Orlando at 4 pm, and I was hoping the shuttle would pick me up and get me back to the parking lot by 5pm. There was a delay at the airport, had to wait for luggage 2 hours. The shuttle was ready and I got o the parking lot by 6:30pm. When I tried to exit, the machine said I owed $12.99. I paid for 8 days, my car was only in the lot 7 days and 6 hours. The receipt says I paid for 8 days. I talked to the manager, He kept saying "beautiful, beautiful, you were supposed to be out of here by 5pm" , I told him I paid for 8 days, and my eight days were not up. Again with the "beautiful, beautiful" "what time did you say you'd be out of here". He said this to me at least 5-6 times. In the end, he said I had to pay $12.99 or I wasn't going to get my car out of the lot. I felt coerced into paying the fee and very intimidated. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be emailed to me. Its been 2 days, no receipt, but I did notice 3 $15.23 pending on my credit card. This is not right, I paid for 8 days, I was spoken to very disrespectfully, and condescending manner, and forced to pay this fee. I have used your reservation services before, often at Omni, and had no problems. This type of treatment and attitude is unacceptable.OMNI Airport Parking Orlando

Thank you for your feedback! We received your complaint and since then we have emailed you three times on 5/26, 5/29, and on 5/31 of 2023. Our team advised we needed the original booking confirmation and the last 4 digits of the card swiped at the exit gate to investigate. We received the booking but you have yet to send the 4 digits of the card used at the exit gate therefore, we have been unable to do anything for you. Somehow I didn't receive the last 2 emails.. Thank you for following up. The $15.23 was refunded, thank you very much. I'm sorry I had this unfortunate incident with this man who said he was the manager. I have used Omni parking many times in the past with no problems. Everyone ,from the check-in person to the shuttle drivers have been very pleasant.
