The first time I recall using Harvey Baker Plumbing was soon after moving to Florida. I was digging a hole for a poinsettia late in the day on Dec. 31st and hit the home's water line. Being from the Northeast, I was used to water lines being much deeper than 12 inches. Even though it was near quitting time on New Year's Eve, his plumber came out and worked into the dark to repair the break. I've used Harvey several times since then with satisfactory results, and will be using his company for an upcoming bath remodel.

We had this company remove an existing dishwasher and install a new one (supplied by us) as well as removing and installing a new garbage disposal (supplied by them). The plumber that came damaged some of the cabinetry during the removal and installation which my husband had to later fix. The next day, we noticed water leaking under the sink. The same plumber returned a couple of days later. He did not have the appropriate material to fix the issue so he had to go to our local hardware store and brought back a black rubber hose which he installed. This seemed to fix the problem for a few months but then the dishwasher stopped working. We noticed that the rubber hose that had been installed by the plumber was kinking and cause the water not to flow properly. This we think is because the hose he used was not meant to withstand hot water and over time caused the issue to occur. We called the company back, explained the problem and sent photos of the issue as requested. They wanted to charge us another service call for coming out to fix the issue that they caused in the first place. We complained about this and the woman said she would speak to the owner and let us know. We never heard from them again.

I am sorry that you had an issue with our company. I never received a message that you called and I just did a search in all our emails and did not find anything from you. I know that last time we worked at you house was in October 2021. Do you happen to remember who you talked to when you called? Harvey and I strive to make all our customers happy and I am sorry I did not get this info. Can you please let me know what the issue was so that I can address it? I have also cc'd Harvey on this so he can see this conversation as well.

The company contacted us via email and is willing to fix the issue, they are coming out next week. I will update again after they come. The owner and his wife were responsive after I complained to them by responding to an automated email they sent asking me for referrals. Apparently there was a break down in communication and our call and the photos we sent were never relayed to Harvey *****.

The issue has been resolved by Harvey Baker plumbing at no charge to us. I am satisfied with the resolution.
