      THIS COMPANY FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY IN NOVEMBER 2022. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE WORK. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! IF YOU DO NOT HEED THIS WARNING, ITS YOUR OWN FAULT.

      This company has taken over $50,000 from my family, and because of their poor workmanship and lies, have left my home and property in complete and unrepairable disarray. They refuse to take any responsibility and have stolen from over 30 families that I am personally aware of. They have no problem continuing to advertise and collect new business to pay for projects they have no intentions of finishing.

      I signed the contract in august 2021. And have nothing but a ruined shell because proper drainage was never installed.

      Please BEAWARE: I wish we have the negative ratings button. I have shared my experience below. We signed the contract with SP at the end of Jan 2022 and so far approximately paid $66,000 according to contract. All we have received is county permit in Aug 2022. When I reached out and ask the owner to provide all the audited accounting details of my funds paid to SP, the response is that SP mis-managed my funds and they do not have any bills or receipts to show me the proof where my funds were used by SP. Looks like there are more than 30 folks in the similar situations with SP. Majority may have already terminated their contracts and move forward with other pool companies. Please be careful before you sign the contract with SP. The worst customer service I have experienced after paying this much money.

      I wish when I signed with Supreme pools that there were BBB reviews, because I would not have entered a contract with Supreme Pools. Worst and biggest financial mistake that I made. Ray ****** and James ****** has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from 30+ families. They have lied to us, left a mess in our yard, put us in a horrible situation. They literally told us they have no plans on finishing our pool. They told us our bad review on ****** is one reason why they refuse to finish our pool. They said they have no money and need new customers to finish any pool. They don't know how to do simple math and they seem to either be completely incompetent or complete con artists. Either way, I'm going to let the authorities bring justice so that no more families suffer. Ray threatens us and is holding our pool construction hostage. This is not a business, this is a disturbed person who wants to steal money from hardworking families, veterans, families with disabilities, etc... and not provide the services paid for. He lies and plays games. Hopefully, the law will catch up to him asap.

      Not recommended at all. We, as well as at least 32 other home owners are dealing with abandoned pool projects by Supreme Pools Fl / Worx. Who claims they "can't afford to finish our jobs". They claim, we "were given 2021 quotes and they are not making money". While they are still out there collecting large deposits, digging new holes and picking and choosing who they give their attention to. We are 10 months into our project which has been abandoned twice for over 30 days. We are currently well over another 60 days. Vegetation has grown over our site so much that we can hardly notice there is a pool hole in the ground. We have been forced to find another company willing to finish our pool. Due to over grading of our naturally sloped yard, we are now forced to install a substantial retaining wall. Our 47' Lania foundation has had new movement as they left open trenches exposed to rain, very costly to repair foundation. Our footer holes are still exposed to date 07/20/2022. This company is doing wrong by many !!!

      Not true! We interacted plenty, I have all our texts, emails, etc. to prove it. You were supposed to call back with a "game plan" and did not. Just as you did many others. You started communicating after you learned about the private group I started on ** and told me to delete my group and my review and then you will finish our pool. It's been over 10 months The pool should have been done already. At this point it's not about just us. Your doing this to a lot of people. Plus you guys ignored me time after time when I told you about the open trenches. Our foundation has new movement very cost to fix and your guys damaged the natural grading of our yard. Now we also have to have a substantial retaining wall built that wasn't in the plans. You have lost our trust completely. We can't trust you or your team back on our property. Plus now your price gouging others in our group asking them for $30,-$40, more to finish their pools mid stream. You have contracts that need to be honored regardless of your profits. Your out there collecting large deposits over 10% and as much as 50% while still digging new holes. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

      I have called and emailed Supreme Pools and I get no replies. Nobody is answering the phone. The last time they show up was months ago. I have and incomplete pool with over grown grass. They have turned my backyard into a nightmare. I am a veteran with PTSD and I don't like to go out much. One of the reasons for getting a pool is to be able to do physical Terapy in my house due to the many conditions that I have. I am not 60 but will be 59 in on July 31st. I am 100% disabled by VA. I have tried to resolve this with the company in good faith with no answers of any kind. I need help in trying to resolve this issue and in making sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. The last time I spoke with anyone was with Jeff ******** in which he stated to me and my wife that due to inflation they have had many problems. The first payment made to this company was for 30% per contract. Jeff ******** told us that it was for permits and equipment.
