These people are dishonest!!! I was sold a car with undisclosed and unreported damages/accidents that resulted in almost $1,000 of additional out of pocket costs. The car was in the mechanic for more time than I was able to drive it between November 2023 (when it was purchased) and January 2024. The condition the car was in WOULD NOT pass ******* or ************** inspection when I received it, and I was told and SIGNED PAPERWORK saying the car WAS inspected. I had to get an entire right control arm replaced on this car because of an accident I was in, in December 2023, which I believe was related to the unreported accidents the car was in prior. This entire ordeal has caused me emotional distress, mental trauma, and financial hardship that I will need therapy to recover from. When I tried to reach out to their team I was blown off for an entire MONTH and was promised to be helped, which was obviously a lie. Jimmy Motors is NOT the business to work with. They will take your money and block your number. Stay far away.

I bought remotely, and the dealership's sales ***************** looked excellent. I knew it was a used vehicle and not in perfect condition, but I was never aware of how many flaws it honestly had. I asked sales to send additional *****************, and they were more than willing and did so quickly. But they failed to show the many dents on the passenger side and even a few on the driver's side. Being remote, it all looked good from my point of view, so I went a step further and asked sales if there was anything else I could not see, such as dents or scratches. Again, they sent photos where the dents were not visible to my eye. Shame on me for not seeing the dents in pictures and videos; shame on a dealership for not explaining it to me when asked. When it was brought to their attention, I was ensured it was not shipped to me in that condition and that they would make it right. It also had a broken headlight, and I was assured it would also be fixed.While waiting to see what they would do, I took the car to an autobody shop and a dent repair shop for estimates. Both estimates were too expensive for them, so they had the car shipped back to ** for their body shop to fix. While the vehicle was in *******, I received pictures of the headlight being supposedly fixed, and all looked well from the photos sent. Three weeks later, I got the car back, and I was hopeful because all visible dents were gone, and it finally looked ready for my daughter, who was still so excited about getting a car. In my state, all newer vehicles must be inspected annually, so I sent the car to the automotive tech we use, and he told me the subframe was bent, the horn didn't work, and the light was still out. He unfortunately had to reject it until those discrepancies were fixed. You can imagine how I felt, so now, I'm just going to have to send the car back as they will not pay for any more repairs. Car buyers, stay away from this dealership, things I have experienced are unacceptable.

Very bad experience purchasing a garbage vehicle from these people. . This dealership is a scam. They sold me a vehicle that has a high of a station of roaches coming from. God knows where. The brake pads/brake rotors are destroyed. I dont know how it passed inspection. That was an inside job. The controls on the steering wheel does not work. This vehicle needed an oil change just for driving 40 miles away. I asked them to replace the ************** they refuse. The backseat of the car, midsection has so much sticky residue hidden in the pockets. I dont know how they keep saying that they are number one dealership in *******. This place is a scam. They dont have a moneyback guarantee policy, therefore, all customers are screwed if theyre not satisfied with the vehicle, even if the vehicle has multiple defects. My warning to everyone, is to take the vehicle for a full diagnostic report, so they can break down whats really wrong with the vehicle and if its worth the price is going for. Im having so many problems with this vehicle. Even the suspension is horrible, it feels like going to roll over and spent out of control at some point while driving. Its ridiculous, this vehicle might even end up being repossessed in less than 30 days. I wont recommend Jimmy Motors. When I went for a test drive, the vehicle had two flat tires immediately. The steering is horrible, they told me the vehicle wasnt in any accidents, when I reviewed it, I saw multiple defects around the vehicle exterior. Then they tried to change it up and said it was in minor accidents. I find out, this vehicle is a rebuilt. And they mention all sales are final. Dont get screwed by Jimmy Motors when purchasing from here. Like any typical/average sales person, theyre just lowering you into purchasing it to make the money and get it off of their lot.

Shady business selling cars with motor damage, I purchased a 2011 Jaguar xfs on June 27th by the time I made it home the car was shaking and misfiring engine light was on I sent pictures to the dealer who told me it was the key fobe which was taped together. The end result is head gaskets from the car overheating at some time prior to purchase also engine coils which were glued in the engine. They will not respond or try to make this issue wright. This is a day one problem . I'm currently making payments and paying for all repairs out of pocket. The warranty covers nothing.
