Armorvue Buyer Beware Orlando, FL 8/29/2024 My concern is after numerous requests since June 6/12/2024 both verbally and in writing Armorvue has failed to send me a copy of the actual paperwork reflecting the windows we discussed and they actually installed. Armorvue sent different sections of the paperwork package over the course of a couple days indicating my windows ordered were tinted and/or gridded. My question is was the pricing of the windows I actually paid for based on higher priced tinted windows with grids, which is what the paperwork that I received states? Armovue installed windows that do not have tints, do not have grids and are in fact plain double paned single hung non-impact windows which is what I thought I would be getting. Buyers beware when you have to electronically sign paperwork you do not get to see in its entirety. I was forced to pay the full amount requested from Armorvue via **** on the 8/14/2024 installation date because I was told Armorvue would hold up the permit if I did not pay in full. To date Armorvue has not sent accurate paperwork reflecting the windows they installed why not and what are they hiding from me?Armorvue of Orlando, LLC Response

I am sorry you are frustrated and that led you to leaving this review. Technology is great when it works and I apologize your contract docs did not read exactly the way they were supposed to, though you did receive what you ordered and passed building inspection. From start to finish, Amorvue did an amazing job with our new windows. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The installers did an excellent job down to the smallest details. And the office staff were very upbeat and helpful when I called with some questions. Our windows are not only gorgeous, but they are flawless!! We were so happy with our experience, we have hired them again to do our french door. If anyone needs a window company, I recommend Armorvue!Armorvue of Orlando, LLC Response

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our windows from Armorvue Orlando. Our salesman, ****, came out and spent 3 hours walking us through all of the details, discussing our goals and answering all of our questions. Just had 11 windows installed in our home from Armorvue! The staff from the salesman to the installers, to the final inspection this morning was hassle free, professional, and above what we were expecting.The price was extremely competitive and the time from order to install was far better than the other companies we obtained quotes from.Please give this company the opportunity to quote you on replacement windows, I am sure you will be impressed with the quality, service, and professional staff.*****Armorvue of Orlando, LLC Response

Excellent experience from the initial meeting with the sales person, ******, to the installation by *** and ********. We are very pleased with the high quality of the windows and also the sound reduction. We can't hear the air conditioner outside or neighborhood dogs. We had great success with Armorvue of Orlando, LLC! Our salesman, *** S was very knowledgable, and showed us the benefits we would get with these new windows- as far as a light tint- and noise reduction. We got a very pleasant surprise when our 17 windows arrived- a WHOLE month earlier than expected. They wasted no time in contacting us to let us know, and we found install time the next week. Windows in the last week of April, just waiting for inspector to sign off. Windows look great and we love them!!Armorvue of Orlando, LLC Response

The installation of 16 windows in my 2 story home was just completed and I just wanted to extend my thanks to Armorvue, **** (salesmen) and to the installers (***** and *******) for the great window product and for the quality purchase and installation experience. From start to finish the window purchase and install went smoothly without any glitches or setbacks. The windows fab and start date went according to schedule. Once the installation began the guys started each work each day on time, stopping work promptly at 5:00 PM and taking only 3 days to complete the job. They cleaned up and put away tools each day leaving no trash and once the job was finished left no trace that they were even here. A perfect execution.
