Everything about our experience with Armorvue was excellent. The estimate meeting was scheduled by Allysen and Shannon. We spent 2 hours with our sales rep Ryan who gave us helpful options for both creating what we wanted in our home as well as cost effective choices. We were replacing 31 windows and 5 doors which was a huge project. We met with 2 other well-known company reps and we did research on all 3. I would recommend a meeting with Ryan *** before choosing any other company. The installation crew was in our home for 6 days. We had JR. Seixas, Fabio Severo, Eder, and Marcelo. After the 1st day I had zero concerns about them being in our home. As my Husband and I both work we were only there for part of the installation. They were respectful of our home and our 2 big dogs. They were on time, meticulous, hardworking, and careful to do the job properly. This team also worked well together to expedite their work. They explained the entire process daily so we knew what to expect. After the inspection we had Ron and George for the "clean up" to sign off on this project. We love our new windows and doors and the protection we now have for our home with Armorvue's lifetime warranty. We have used Armorvue three times so far. Ryan has been our sales rep each time, and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and polite. This most recent time, he came out to our house the very same day we called to ask for a quote. Each time we’ve used Armorvue, the time table has been exactly what they said. I am not happy with the service. We agreed to install 6 windows and 3 were undersized. I had a gap on the top from an 1" to 1 1/2". So right now I only have 3 windows installed and the they have many devects. 4 days after the windows were installed I already have love bugs behind that screen of 1 of the three windows. What good are the screens if it can't even keep out mating love bugs? It does seem that the screens for the windows are undersized where they move from side to side to about a 3/8 inch play. I mentioned how sloppy the caulking was and the guy Eddie in charge of the project made light of it. Eddie even said what I paid for 6 windows wasn't a lot of money for 6 window job. I did research before and yes, I did fall in the middle range between low and high range of cost. Telling me that not all caulking jobs can be perfectly straight and he kept mentioning outside caulking when he knew I was talking about the inside caulking. The outside caulking job is trash also. I am no professional and I know I can do a better job at caulking than Eddie's nephew did. I am suppose to also have them install an impact sliding door but now I don't want them to and I don't know what I can or should do to make sure that the windows are the only thing they work on. The contract was signed on June 23, 2022. They have it marked down that I should get the windows between 12 to 16 weeks. Now they want me to wait longer because of the 3 undersized windows. It has long been passed 16 weeks and the lawyer I spoke to said since they couldn't fulfill there part of the bargain it looks like I have a good chance of a court case. I would rather settled this if we can? Reimburse me the difference of the three windows that are undersized and you will get the 2 undersized windows back that are undersized when I get a different company to finish the job. I have called Armorvue windows and doors many times and now I have had it and I want results. As of Oct/13/22 that was the 16 week markArmorvue of Orlando, LLC

I am sorry there were some issues with the initial installation and they will be corrected at the installation of the 3 reordered windows. I also apologize about the delays of the reordered windows. They unfortunately take just as long as your initial order. There were also a couple pieces of defective glass rejected by the factory on one of 3 reordered windows that has caused additional delays. We have shared this information with you over the phone and explained we are at the mercy of the factory. I have been in constant contact with the factory doing everything I can to push this along faster. I just spoke with the factory and they received a new piece of glass that passed QC this morning. If all goes well in assembly, we will be receiving the reordered windows on Monday. Upon receipt, we will contact you immediately to schedule. Thank you for your business!Nelio S

if you would want to put my mind more at ease, you would work with me. I believe a refund of the extra money I gave when Eddie showed up to install all 6 windows should be returned since the job was never completed correctly. Right now you have $6,435 of mine out of the total of $8,58. That's is two thirds of the agreement price and I only have 3 good windows in out of the 6 which comes out to 1/2 of the product. Once the 6 windows are put in place CORRECTLY with the caulking redone correctly also on the three windows I have up now. I will gladly pay in the remaining full amount. That is one sided. I would hate to have to forward this to small claims court and mail you a certified letter with "Per Florida Statute 558.005 you have 60 days to resolve this issue" I do not like get the runaround. Like I said. Put my mind at ease send me back the $2,145 I gave to Ed when he showed up and when the other windows come in I will once again hand the $2145 back to whoever is in charge at the time and give the rest when the job is complete CORRECTLYArmorvue of Orlando, LLC

If you are adding the door amount to that total. I already said how can I let you guys install the door when the windows haven't been completed yet to my satisfactory. The caulking job looks like some 12 year old did and I was disrespected by Ed and his nephew Only a fool will allow a company to do another contract without the first contract be completed and satisfactory. By the way it's been past 16 weeks on the door, and those are 2 different contracts. Every time I talk to you I don't talk about the door because since the 16 weeks have passed and the window job isn't satisfactory I don't want the doors installed and the contract should be null and void because of lapse of time and shoddy work on the windows.Review fromRichard M

My sincere thanks to Ryan *** who went above and beyond to explain in detail all my options and the process to replace my windows with new durable, insulated, energy efficient vinyl windows. The installation crew, Osmar Jr. Felipe and Fabio were great, they dismantle my old windows and installed the new ones without any glitches.
