Most customers appreciate the effort we put in to protect our customers & avoid fraudulent charges on their accounts. We do offer PayPal secure checkout as an alternative in situations like this to protect us & the customer.
Calling to yell at us because you don't like our policies & demand we do things your way wasn't necessary. Your order was cancelled immediately following the conversation you had with our sales team due to the attitude you had toward the people trying to help you.

Poor quality doesn't stand behind their part after installed, how could anyone know if parts defective before installing?Had 3 bad injectors within a month of installing all 8 that I had bought from them. All fuel filters and oil had been changed before starting vechile that only had 1 bad injector to start off with.Pensacola Fuel Injection, Inc. Response

Mr ********
I see where we sold you a set of 6.0L injectors back on June 19th, but no record of any warranty issues. We obviously can't help if you don't let us know there is an issue. Please send us the injectors & we can test them to see if they have failed and/or replace them if needed.

As a certified and accredited technician, an advertised remanufactured part (fuel injector) using "Bosch" components is actually a counterfeit part under investigation. Units were not assembled correctly, and if used would cause catastrophic failure. This is a fraudulent business and by no means should anyone purchase components from this place of business. Units do not meet required engagement pressure nor do they pass the chatter test.Pensacola Fuel Injection, Inc. Response

Ordered a turbo for my International, turbo was put in and rattled from the moment we hit the road. 1000 miles later it blows up and we are stuck on the side of the road with 7 horses in the trailer at 100decres outside. Get towed and contact them the next day, he is pursuing to tell me I need to ship him the turbo so they can repair it, it could take 3-5 days. We are 1000 miles away from home with live animals, I can’t do that, I wanted him to send me another one which I was going to pay for and then he receive this defective one he can reimburse me. He was rude and kept repeating “company policy” well if the company policy is to sell bad refurbished turbo you’re in good shape. The manager Steve was rude and lied about agreeing to reimburse the turbo if I sent it to him, he just wanted to get if this phone call. Then he said hang on i have an idea… well his idea was, I will sell you another turbo and take this one as a core for it, Which I did send him my other core from the first replacement. So now he was selling me 2 turbo and got 2 core. That’s a heck of a profit. He made it sound like he was helping mean while instead of replacing the bad turbo he sold me he was gonna sell a second one. Bad business and he cost me thousands of dollarsPensacola Fuel Injection, Inc. Response

We are sorry you had a issue with a turbo but all turbos are required to be sent in for warranty consideration , Steve offered to sell you another turbo & refund the 1st one IF it checked out as warranty once received , that was not acceptable to you … This turbo was a reman from the manufacturer & they require turbo be returned for warranty consideration …Review from Jeffrey E

My son sent his DB2 injection pump in because it was leaking from the throttle linkage and was running fine. They called him and said there were some internal parts bad and needed replaced and quoted him $869 plus tax. He said okay and got the pump back, installed it and it still LEAKED!!! It also now has a new problem with wanting to run away when you hit the throttle. He called David and was instructed to send it back. I called David after I sent it back and asked him to call me once they found out the problem. He never called me or my son and called him a week and half later on a Friday and he stated oh yeah we found a loose bolt and the pressures were off and had to adjust them and it already been sent out and we should see it Monday or Tuesday. My son reinstalls the pump with new gasket, sealer, etc and Still the same two problems. He calls David and he stated to check the relines for restrictions and other than that I don't know what to tell you because it tested fine here. What kind of response is that after my son spent $1000.00 plus??????? For your information David the truck would not run properly at all with restricted return lines as it ran fine before as I stated. There's no parts listed on the first repair order or documentation as to what was done. The second repair order has no documentation as to what was done. I was in the dealership service business for 39 years and this is totally unacceptable period. The truck is now at a reputable repair facility to be diagnosed, documented and we intend to pursue legal action as we have Money and I know the business. You took advantage of my son and there's rebuilt pumps out there for $700Pensacola Fuel Injection, Inc. Response

Mr. ****** Sorry you are having issues with the pump, We did not take advantage of you or your Son, As your invoice says we installed a NEW Head & Rotor in the pump , you cant find a DB2 anywhere with a NEW Head & Rotor for 700.00 as you stated , These pumps are tested on a machine before they leave & they test as close to engine operation as possible, We spoke with you monday & you were going to send the pump back ,I intended to send it to another local shop to test & see if we could find what is going on .. You say you are in the Business so you know we cant troubleshoot over the phone or email..Let me know what is found , we are trying to help...
