This law firm is awful! I have been waiting 2 months for my workers comp settlement, no one will answer their phones or return messages.Review from Charlie W

Before you read my review ask yourself could this many people be wrong about there review and frustration ? Because just in the other reviews some one from this so called law firm will right a response sugarcoating my complaint. I just want to say that my attorney lied to me didn't call me back and they as of this day have kept my settlement money. I am going to file complaint with Florida Bar and contact Attorney General what this law firm does has got to be illegal. Maybe the ************** needs to do a story on this law firm and this attorney. I'm 61 years old and in my back round I have worked with attorneys my entire life and have never seen such unprofessional conduct of this Firm. The bad part is this gives other attorneys bad reputations who actual do there jobs and care about there clients. In closing all I can say is RUN "DONT" HIRE THIS FIRM !!!!!!!!

The only reason for any delay in the disbursement of this client's settlement funds was the subsequent assertion of a lien by his health insurer which required resolution before any funds could be issued.Review from Calvin E

Ive never been so frustrated in my life. Not only did I lose my job. Its been months since I settled. I call, leave emails, voice messages with absolutely NO response. (2 responded to be exact) even the assistant got smart with me once. I wish I had looked at the reviews before hiring this firm. Im writing a formal complaint today. My niece (a civil attorney) is Checking to see what my options are at this point. I can never ever refer anyone to use this law firm. I hv never had such an unprofessional experience such as this In My life. Ill be homeless by the first of Jan. ***** is unfortunate because if I receive the Pennys I was rewarded it would mean the difference of a roof over my head or the sky over my head. So this lawyer has did a good job up until now on representing me on my workers compensation claim.. the judge signed my claim sept 29 and the other party has 30 days to respond Ive been emailing them and calling them and leaving messages so nothing they havent did nothing for meReview from GRANT G

I retained for workers compensation case in early August. I have e-mailed and called a dozen times without a response unless I threatened to get rid of their firm. **************** is deplorable. I can see why other clients have stated lack of communication as a major concern. If you can't return an email or call after almost two months what can you do, right? This can't be the norm and it wasn't from my reality.
