    Specifically, BBB files indicate All Florida Safety Institute, LLC has a pattern of disputes where consumers are not receiving their lessons that are being paid for in full. In some circumstances the instructor will not show resulting in a reschedule or a no call no show. Consumers are also indicating problems with contacting the company regarding incomplete lessons.

    On August 17, 2022, BBB sent correspondence to All Florida Safety Institute, LLC requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing BBB the steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints. All Florida Safety Institute, LLC did not respond to BBB's correspondence.

      We used All Florida Safety Institute for our older daughter a few years ago and had a good experience. When our younger daughter was ready for driving lessons, we had no hesitation signing her up with them. We paid for 4 hours of behind the wheel lessons, but were never able to schedule any. I called numerous times, and left numerous messages. No one returned my calls. Now when I look online, it says that the location near us (located in Lake Mary) is permanently closed, and their website is "suspended". They never provided any service for the money we paid, and we would like a refund.

      Good Afternoon, I would like to file a formal complaint against ALL FLORIDA SAFETY DRIVING SCHOOL. This company charged $717.53 for classes that they never provided. We have been making attempts to obtain a refund since October 2023. We have gone to the locations were they supposedly have the schools and they were all closed. I have supporting documentation to validate our claim. We originally contacted them because we live relatively close to one of their school locations. We still see *** **** ***** teaching and driving the school cars around the area. We do not understand how they can continue to scam people without any consequences. This is a lot of money that they without any regard stole from us. Im writing this on behalf of my mom who is older and unemployed. Nobody deserves this but this was definitely taking advantage of a vulnerable person. Please help us with our claim. We just want our money back.

      May 2023 is when we signed up Paid full amount (around $300) for ****** and test.Was rescheduled 3 times without a phone call only by email and was unable to confirm the date was good for us. Communication was horrible. I couldnt get clear information so just had to make to rescheduled date work only for them to all of a sudden reschedule us without reason! Instructor had my son with him in car for short time before telling my son and husband the test was scheduled for later in day (originally we scheduled for test to be immediately after) we would need to come back. We were ************************************************************************* and I had drive back up to have him tested only to be told he didnt have an appointment! The instructor was incredibly rude , rolling eyes ect, it was a very unprofessional interaction. I asked for my money back and he said to take it up with the school. So thats what I did. I was told a refund would be issued after weeks of going back and forth even getting someone on phone. Then I never received refund do I kept calling, last call I had the rep told me they are claiming bankruptcy and to file dispute with my bank! So I did that.. however bc I waiting so long to file dispute my bank wont refund me! The time I was charged was May 2023 and was rescheduled 3 times resulting in a July ******/test! I feel like I was really taken advantage of and lied to. This was such a horrible experience. They knew all along and did not care to proving a good experience bc they were closing doors, taking advantage of families. It was a lot of money too. The way the instructor behaved was truly unacceptable and left me in tears and my son uncomfortable. Never received full services.

      We are truly saddened by your experience, it is unacceptable that an instructor would provide anything other than an enjoyable learning experience. After eight years of exemplary service of nearly ****** students state wide the organization was impacted by two natural disasters and a delay in  government funding's due. After a lengthy reorganization under Chapter 11 and emerging for a short period with the the continued delay in funding it was decided it was no longer feasible to provide the quality of service expected. The expectation was clear and set up in advance that our delayed funding would have been distributed to satisfy all clients and allow us to continue services. Similar to many organizations in the last several years, the impact of these funding delays and the current economic impacts of 2023 following the natural disasters suffered at the end of 2022 were not sustainable. A Liquidation under Chapter 7 was processed and the organization was closed in whole. It is with deep regrets that the life saving educational opportunity provided will no longer be available to students. Please know this is not the outcome we hoped or expected, and we are deeply sorrowful for the impact on all of our team and students.

      We contracted * driving lessons for my daughter at their Sarasota location, but the Sarasota office was closed and the distance of their next open office is way too far for me (over ** ***** away). We followed the steps listed in their restructure email and were told we would get a refund at the beginning of September **** (see email chains). I have constantly send them request-for-update emails, but get no response. Calling the office does no better as you cannot reach anybody who can provide an update when they finally do answer.

      I went online and purchased a licensing package, to help me take my permit test and driving test to get my drivers license. I have never heard from them to schedule me, I have called numerous times, I scheduled a driving exam online and the guy came said I could not drive because I had no permit, explained that I was unable to get a hold of any one to help me schedule the exam, he said he would help and I never heard back, went to the office several times, always closed. Had 1 person in over a year call me back and to tell me it was to late and that I could not get a refund. I explained I have tried and tried to reach them and could not get a hold of any one and when I did was continued to be transferred and no one would call me back.

      All Florida Safety Institute - Driving Lessons and Traffic School - **** **** **** * **** **** **** *** ****, **** ***** ** The driving school above, took money from us and are not scheduling or answering their phone when we call. They have scammed many people and are not returning any of our calls. They have closed the office location and gave us a new address but that no one is available in that address also. New Address: **** ************* *******, ***** ****, **** **** ******* ***** They have taken down their website also so we are not able to get the payment proof and scheduling information.

      We paid for a service we never received. Bought my son driving lessons to begin practicing for his test in April 2023. Bought the lessons 11/22for $418.04. I contacted them numerous times for months to schedule. They finally scheduled an appointment in Jan 2023 but never showed up. Then I kept getting text messages that lessons were complete when NOONE showed or called. I called and called and emailed to no avail. I am a single mother on a budget and this was very disheartening. I still want my money back. I feel as though they still accepted the funds knowing that they would never show up. That is theft! A SHAME this was anywhere listed on the DMVs website as a top provider. I need a full refund

      We purchased driving lessons for our son ********* ******** in June 2022. The package was for him to receive all required 50 practice hours (day & night hours) and then his driver's license examination. The total cost of the package was $2748.00. The lessons were to start in August 2022. After receiving no more than 8 lessons (a total of around 16 of the 50 practice hours paid for), ****** driving instructors kept rescheduling his lessons again and again moving them further and further out. When we attempted to call the company to seek answers or another solution, our calls were never returned. This continued for months. We finally received an email on December 29, 2022 saying the company was in financial trouble and they were seeking restructuring with government assistance. We were promised our money from lessons not received would be returned to us no later than September 2023. This never happened. I began reaching out to the company again on a weekly basis requesting a solution to the large sum of money I was still owed as a refund. I heard from ***** ******* (a member of their restructuring team) that I would indeed receive a refund but that the government funds they needed to receive was delayed. This message was given to me in October, November and December 2023. When I called this month, to again demand refund of my unreceived lessons, I was no longer able to reach *****. I have no further contacts and am not sure where to go from here. I am quite aware I have probably lost my money but I wanted official documentation of my complaint against All Florida Safety Institute. They are truly crooks and should still not be in business accepting new clients.

      Purchased $***** learners package back in 6/23. Accessed website no issue, the second time we went to sign in, could not access. IT had to be involved and could not access for weeks. I would call back weekly for updates and met with rudeness like I was bothering them for an update. Finally after like 2 months, able to sign in to learn that 3 weeks later the site down again. When called, come to find out they were updating their system and unsure when it would ve up. During this time, my sons ****** expired bc it had to be completed in a certain time frame. Again the site down for long period, like 60 to 90 days. One day I happen to try it and it was back up...keep in mind I was never informed it was ever going to be down. Anyway. Tried to access,it said credentials bad, so called, and they wanted me to go set up a whole new email address rather than the one I've had since high school. By this time, we have not been able to access the site more than we have been able to. They refused refund after multiple times asking for one. It's been the worse customer service. Lack communication of site issues or going to be down. I wasted *****, after 6 months we were not provided services we pd for and the company refuses refund. We went with another company and my son was bale to complete course in 2 months. When trying to call now, now answer, says temporary closed.

      I scheduled an appointment with All Florida Safety Institute in Pinellas Park to take my road test. When I arrived at the location, the company's sign was on the door, but no one was around. I had even received a confirmation email the day before, so I checked that multiple times to make sure I didn't make a mistake. I then called both the number on the door and the number in the email to try and contact someone and no one responded even though I left voicemails as recommended. It has now been over a month and I have received no correspondence from the company. I paid $150 at the time of scheduling and never received the service I paid for.
