      I paid lowest price traffic school (lowestpricetrafficschool.com) To take the class to take points off my record. I took that class and selected the cheapest method of delivery (USMail) they warned me it might take a month (ostensibly to compel me to pay for the higher priced ($39) overnight delivery. Additionally they agreed to send the Osceola Court a copy of my certificate which they did not do. Last week I received a *** warning that my license would be suspended for not providing that certificate. I looked online at lowest price traffic school (LPTS) and everything seemed in order. I attempted to call the customer support line provided but they have a recording saying online support only. I emailed them a description last week and as of today no reply. At that point I felt I had no option but to resubmit and pay for the overnight service. That was last week and as of today. No reply. So I've paid twice with nothing to show for it and no way to inquire about a resolution. Please flag these guys.

      I had online driving safety school online on February 2024. After I had my certificate, I submitted to the court. However, I found this business corporation keeps charing me membership fee until now without notification and authorization. I called and nobody answered the phone.

      I have been being charged repeatedly for a service that was completed months ago. And I was charged twice for some services. I don’t know what has changed. I used this service for my other two kids without a problem but this last time has been a disaster.

      I attempted to take an online traffic course. The original price was paid and upon completion additional fees not disclosed were added on. They proceeded to attempt to charge my debit card which was declined because I only put the amount disclosed in my account. The course was completed however, the website would not show completion without additional fees. Upon calling, I was told the course is not completed because the fee had to be paid. Unfortunately the date would be for today and not the date I actually completed the course making taking the course null and void for the purpose of traffic citation. Due to the bait and switch, no disclosure of the additional fee costs and now having to take the points on my license I would like my money back as the services paid for were not rendered.

      Website is fraudulent. Business is a scam. They advertise prices and then bill you multiple times along the way without any final invoice. You unknowingly see multiple charges going through on your credit card that you are not authorizing...

      Lowestpricetrafficschool.com is a scam to bilk money from unsuspecting parents. I am located in ************ and my son needed a course for his learner's permit. ***** recommends this company?! The woman that finally answers is impatient, nasty and rude. She hung up on me and then refused to answer when I called back. The course is a joke, not helpful at all. And now, I have a reoccurring $9.95 charge. The response is, too bad.. unethical and preying on consumers.

      On 10/06/2024, I attempted to sign up for the traffic course for my daughter. During the sign-up process, I entered my ****** information and was instantly charged $69.85. After I was taken to the next page, I was prompted to pay an extra $29.95 to receive the certificate via email and even more for expedited mail. There was no prompt to execute the initial transaction nor any indication that clicking the button would result in an immediate charge to my card. Furthermore, I never received a receipt letting me know I was being charged. There is nothing on the site the stipulates that you will be charged $29.95 in addition to the $69.85. To make matters worse, I have been trying to contact the support team via phone and email to request a refund, but I have not been able to reach anyone and they have not responded to my emails.

      On 08/31/2024 I attempted to sign up for the traffic course. During the sign-up process, I entered my card information and was instantly charged at that moment. After I was taken to the next page, I was prompted to pay an extra amount to receive the certificate in a timely manner. However, there was no clear indication that clicking the button would result in an immediate charge to my card, and I never received a receipt letting me know I was being charged after I exited out of the website due to such a deceptive practice.As a result, I am now out of $85.15. To make matters worse, I have been trying to contact the support team via phone and email for the past four days to request a refund since I have not and will not use their services, but I have not been able to reach anyone and just stay on hold.

The Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles REQUIRES that we collect a State Assessment Fee for each person completing a BDI or TLSAE course.
