On 3/11/2024 I gave Ingman Marine in ***********, $500.00 deposit for a boat. On 3/15/2024 we took the boat for a test drive to see if we liked it. Then on 3/18/2024 I sent ***** the sales a text saying hey we are not going to continue with the purchase. He never wrote back, I called Ingman Marine directly as he wasn't picking up my calls and he told me that I had to go in person for the return. On 3/31/2024 I went to the store and ***** told me that his returns got wasn't there that Monday he would do the return. He did a copy of my credit card. Today is 4/29/2024 and I still haven't received my return. He said the deposit was 100% refundable.Business response

Good afternoon,
After receiving the complaint I reached out to ************. I explained that the salesman never sent his credit card info to the office which would have initiated the return of **************** refundable deposit of $500.00. When I spoke to ************** did get the card info and have already initiated the return of his deposit. I did mention to him that he should have asked for a manager and that the salesman did drop the ball. We apologized for the inconvenience.
