I would avoid using I9 if you’re in Arizona. More particular the Wast Valley under the (lack) of direction of a Jeremy D.. The coach was giving his son 4 carries+ a game while limiting Carrie’s for the newer kids. My son had received two carries in three games, the last game being zero carries. I tried to talk to the coach after the game but he just said my boy didn’t want in. I wasn’t getting anywhere so I tried to escalate to Jeremy D. and after a week was told that he was following protocol and I needed to work it out with the coach. I replied that I tried that, which was why I was escalating up and asked how he was following protocol by not giving my boy anywhere close to equal opportunities and not mentioning anything about not wanting to go in until I finally approached him after the third game. He never responded. It’s all about money with I9. They say it’s about the kids but it’s not. Please try ****** ****** ** if you’re in Arizona reading this. I9 is a waste of time and money and they won’t give you the time of day if there’s concerns.Review from Nathan V

I had a terrible experience with i9 sports Pasco and New Tampa. I signed my son up for the 2022 spring basketball league. We show up on opening day only to find out it had been canceled because they could not get access to the indoor gym (we were notified of this about 20 minutes via email, which I did not see). The next game we show up and again they do not have access to the indoor gym, so they played in the outside in very hot conditions. When I signed up my son, this was under the condition that the games would be played indoor. After the game outdoors, we were notified that the rest of the games would be played outdoors. At this point I did not want my son playing in the Florida heat. This was not what I signed up for! They refused to provide a refund but offered a discount on future leagues. I strongly recommend to stay away from i9 sports. Very disorganized and are unwilling to provide refunds.
