    Worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a brand new boat. The sales person was really great and to his credit he at least kept showing up even though he couldn't do much. The service department is the absolute worse run organization I have ever seen and unfortunately I don't have much hope of improvement as the new services manager that was hired didn't even get engaged nor did the ** who was there. My brand new boat was delivered with damaged gelcoat, s**** holes in the console where something was miss mounted and moved, mold/mildew throughout, freshwater tank full of algae so it wouldn't function, screws missing that held the windshield frame on, and overall just dirty. Had it not been dumping rain on the delivery day I would have and still should have rejected it at that point but I had trusted in the experience with the sales team. I took the boat on a previously planned keys trip and upon returning dropped the boat off in an attempt to let them correct for the bad delivery. Central Marine had the boat for 4 weeks before I finally called World Cat directly to get some help and within 24 hours I got a call that my boat would be ready on Friday. I went down to pick it up hoping for the best and what I saw was absurdly bad terrible gelcoat repair work, mold/mildew still throughout the boat, and they managed to damage my seats. They still of course charged me over $1100 for the 20 hour check they did while the boat was there. I took the boat knowing that I could get pretty much anyone to fix this better than them. When I got home and was cleaning the boat properly and getting ready to take it fishing the next day I decided to check the batteries which I found were both nearly dead. World Cat is doing what they can from a far but I would not recommend anyone every purchase anything from them.

    I had several issues with my Parker local dealer part of St. Petersburg FL I was first promised a price and told if I financed it I would get better service and a quicker delivery when I decided to stick to paying cash I was told that deal no longer was valid I then preceded to speak to the sales manager who went back in authorized my original deal for a second time. I was overnighted paperwork and the price increased by more than $4500 !! I agreed and had a written quote detailing our agreement. I have always loved Parker Boats but have chosen to move on. I also tried calling Parker boats directly located in North Carolina with no response whatsoever. My lesion.... buy a Boston Whaler or a Grady White
