My elderly father came outside while this company was working on the neighbors trees. My father asked if they were able to take down a hanging limb. 1 limb. $900. I feel that he should have been given an estimate and an appointment made. This would have given his family time to encourage other estimates for one limb. Instead they had him write his check and they took down one limb. I feel as if my elderly father was taken advantage of. This is not good business.Review from Online T

We have worked with ABC-12Tree for may years (10+ years). They are honest, dependable, and are hard workers. Have not had any issue with this company, and would definitely recommend them!Review from Joseph C

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. Trespassing and invasion of privacy!!!!! THEY WILL START WORKING WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!! INVADE NEIGHBORS YARD/PRIVACY without permission. We booked with ABC to remove trees and stumps from our yard. The reason we went with this company was because we specifically asked that they do not work on our property if we were not home due to our specific situation with our dog (aggressive/has anxiety/seizures). After finding Tree Ninjas in our backyard without our permission we decided ABC would work after telling Jodi (reception) our situation. Originally our request to have the work done when we were at the house was respected. Appointments were only made when we were home and allowed us time to advise our neighbors of the plan. The gentlemen came to do the work and worked from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM to remove the trees and stumps. However, they did crack a vinyl fence post in our yard. THEY DID NOT schedule someone to look at the post as we requested and had a team member show up to measure the work without our permission on a day we did not expect. Since we happened to be home that day (FRIDAY at 10:00 AM) we made it clear that they could not complete the fence work without our permission and unless we were home. Not only was my wife on vacation from work but we also had family visiting from out of state. We come home from a day out and find their truck in front of our house and the men working on our fence in our backyard WITHOUT PERMISSION. I had just told the gentlemen earlier that same day that came for measurements as well as Jodi (office admin) that we need to schedule a different day in order to have them return and complete the job. However, when we returned home they had already torn down the fence posts and fencing between us and the neighbors yards. They only knocked on our door and 2 other neighbors doors and it was confirmed with both workers that NOT ONE of us answered our doors but that they TRESPASSED and continued the work a

Unfortunately miscommunication does happen at times. We did our best to stay in great communication with you the whole process as you even explained in your review. Thank you.
With trying to communicate between you and your wife it was very difficult and we really did try to do our best.
We also jumped on the fence repair right away only because you kept texting and calling the office to have it done so we felt there was an urgency to fix the fence that was not even yours, it was your neighbors. We were just trying to keep you happy and get the repairs done right away.
We do however, Do Not appreciate you calling the company and yelling swearing at Jodi, it was very disrespectful and unnerving.
People make mistakes and we did our best to apologize and rectify the situation right away.
After calling back again to make sure that you were OK, we incurred more yelling and unpleasant words.
Again, we are sorry that things finished the way they did, when we try so hard at
ABC 1-2-TREE to make our customers happy.
