Sold us a lemon central AC. Many major parts replaced, including coil, capacitor and compressor. $3000 out of pocket over 6 years, on a system they installed new. Quality assurance dept was useless. They did nothing for us. Do not do business with this company! Buyer beware!Review from Richard D G

I used a promotional coupon I received at ********** to have my 3 A/C units PM'd at **************************************************** *********** tech informed me that the 3rd floor A/C duct work had a gaping hole in the duct He recommended that another tech from Florida Cool Today evaluate and give me cost to repair He came suggested the duct be replaced and next day a different service tech came to replace IMPORTANT:After i paid and he left, I noticed the 3rd floor was not cooling as well as before After 3-4 other people suggested the same thing, I requested Florida Cool Today come again After 4 separate trips with in a week and one half period, the problem was not resolved and conversation with the last tech said his manager suggested replacing the remaining duct work, Of course this made no since because the system worked perfect before the duct was replaced.Less than a hour after the Florida Cool Today tech left, I had another A/C company come and check the system. With in 4 minutes the tech ( ********) notified me the duct had a gaping hole as well as plenums had been placed reducing air flow. (I have pictures ) and their findings.This looks to be intentional to have me spend more on duct work Very Bad and I plan to file suit

When I called and complained about an issue with the thermostat I was told that to service/see/my 3.5 month old unit (18$K) I would be charged for the visit.. so I got a thermostat with issues and demands for more fees from the company that sold it to me..Florida Cool Today Response

Cool Today, and the other Divisions of this reputable company, have given me the best service. The technicians are polite, professional, and show genuine concern when they come to your home. Today, three technicians, fixed a troubling problem that has had everyone frustrated. But they persevered and came up with a solution that has fixed the problem permanently. I have their annual maintenance agreement which encompasses plumbing, electrical and A/C. It is money well spent. I sincerely recommend it and considering how many times they have been here with no service charge, it has paid for itself many times over. When I do pay for repairs, the estimates are fair and they stand behind their work. Companies like this are few and far between in Florida.
