The company name doesn't match, but that address does and is for Faithful Heritage Holdings and ********************************** at ****************************************************************. The company has very poor staff, where they don't respond to voicemails or emails. In November 2022, I called the company to request they transfer my pre-need cremation contract. I told them the area I was moving to and was told by the person who answers the phone that the contract could be transferred. Then after several calls, I was told that I needed to talk to *************************, fat chance she never returned any of my several calls. Then I was given her email address, to request a refund. So into 2023, they wouldn't transfer my contract. I sent emails and calls to ****** and said I they had lied about the transfer and then refund. After several months, then I was told to call the *************** for the refund. So, I was given that phone number and preceded to call several times and was told to talk to *******. Again, ******* wouldn't take my calls or return them. So now into June 2023, I was told I had to write a letter and mail to ******* asking for a refund. After sooo many emails and phone calls, nobody to take responsibility. Now July I finally received my refund, but due to them messing around and not taking proper care of the situation, the costs of the cremation have gone up. I have now a place to contact, but the cost is $100.00 higher and Faithful Heritage Holdings should have to pay me the $100.00. Nobody should have to go thru what I did with that stupid, uncaring business of such an important matter. Nine months for anything to get partially solved is ridiculous. This has been a nightmare for me as nobody wants to do a job they are supposed to do. Faithful Heritage Foldings/ ********************************** needs to be made to correctly deal with the patrons and pay me the extra cost I have to incur because of their lack of responsibility. They don't deserve any star ratings.
