      I received a debt collection invoice from Vengroff Williams, *** for a U-Haul credit charge back. The invoice is for $912.81 and has an account #******* and reference #******* associated to it. I have not used a U-Haul or does the invoice indicate where or when the actual rental took place. This appears to be some sort of attempt to falsely collect money that is not owed.

      4-13-25 Today in the mail we received a letter from Vengroff Williams claiming that we owed Farm Family Casualty in. money. I have check with our insurance person and we have never had this insurance company ever! The letter says that we have until May 22 before action is taken against us.Account number on letter is ********* The name on letter is my husband ****** ********

      I received a collection notice for a u-haul overtime LB. However I have never used U-Haul, at least not in the last 7 years. Even then, the account was on a partners name. This is not my bill, and I believe this is a fraudulent account. Please close this collection and find the correct user.

      I was contacted by Vengroff Williams ***** *************************************, regarding a collections debt for the amount of $149.80,for a previous Uhaul transaction; I spoke with someone named **** **** at Vengroff Williams ***** and he stated this collections debt was for a previous Uhaul transaction: ********; he stated this is a charge-back debt for a bebit card transaction with Uhaul. I contacted ***** and spoke with corporate and they stated that I owe no outstanding balance and that I should ignore this collection agency. I have attached screenshots of the pertinent information that proves that I owe no debt to Uhaul. I do not want this information adversely reported on my credit report. I also do not believe it is lawful for Vengroff Williams, Inc., to know the exact Uhaul reference number: ******** regarding a previous transaction with Uhaul, or any other personal information about my transaction history with Uhaul.l; **** **** of Vengroff Williams, Inc., had this Uhaul reference number on file, the exact dates of the transaction and other corresponding details of the transaction with the Uhaul rental, without me providing this information. I want Vengroff Williams, Inc. to stop contacting me and to close the account; I want verification that I will not be contacted again and that the account is close: it seems suspicious that Vengroff Williams, Inc. had access to the Uhaul reference number and the previous transaction details of the Uhaul rental. Please investigate this company and confirm that my account is closed; the screenshots confirm that I do not owe money to Uhaul. Vengroff Williams, **** employee **** Williams gave me a supposed direct number to contact him: ************, but that number only avails a recorded message.

      Received a bill from U-Haul overtime (SB) for *****. I returned equipment in time and have a separate dispute for insurance protection, but not this amount. This is most definitely an incorrect bill as the amount doesnt track with any rental I have done.

      Hello I have received a letter from ************************** in reference of a U-Haul overtime acct #******** Ref# ******* with a balance of $9,463.73. I have not used that service and have not conducted any business with said party to incur charges that would create a debt in my name. I challenge the company that has reported untruthful and inaccurate data utilizing my name and or address to scam me out of money. Please BBB fight this Organization as I have seen a number of recent complaints from other parties that have the same issue. My **************** card was compromised in November 2024 during a trip to ******* for Thanksgiving. **************** issued me a new card number on December 4th after warning me of said activity Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because I have never been to the originating business and my credit card was never charged. I've rented a Uhaul approx half a dozen times is 40 years and have always had to present a credit card to rent their trucks and trailers. I have never even heard of someone setting up an account to be billed later w/ a rental company without some type of credit on file.

      I just received a bill from Vengroff Williams, Inc. stating that I have an outstanding balance for $117.53. This is false. I have every receipt that shows paid. This needs to be removed immediately as it is false and unwarranted.

      I contacted Blue Cross/Blue Shield in **********, *****, and *******, and each confirmed that there are no outstanding amounts due under my name. Additionally, they stated that no account number matches the one mentioned in the mail from Vengroff Williams ****

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I contacted BlueCross/Blue Shield (the creditor), and they confirmed that there are no outstanding claims or amounts owed to them. Additionally, they requested that I find the date of service for which Vengroff ******* is seeking payment. Without any verifiable details, this appears to be a fraudulent claim. Stating that I owe money without providing any information about the service or date in question is neither helpful nor valid.

      I am disputing reference #******* that I received a letter two weeks ago from Vengroff Williams *** claiming that I owe U-HAUL OVERTIME (lb) $249.67. First off I havent rented a U-Haul truck for moving since July 2004 from ******* ** to ********* **. What I dont understand is the posted creditor. Is U-Haul overtime (lb) their moving service?? I have helped people move in a U-Haul including driving, and they rented the equipment. This has got to be a scam as I just found all if the lawsuit materials against ***** voluntarily handing out their clients personal information for possible scams for monetary gains. None of this makes any sense! I have received one snail mail letter from these scams! If I was guilty, there would have been api,e of mail in my mailbox!! not today satan!! Sooo slimy!!

      Received a debt collection letter for someone else with my address on it for a debt I never incurred from this "business". Allegedly I used Uhaul services in August of 2024 in ********, ***. I have not lived anywhere near ********, nor have I paid for of used a Uhaul in the last 5 years. This is somebody else's debt that this company wants me to pay and I refuse to do so. I have contacted them via letter to clear the debt and was sent back information about the debt, again my address without my name on it. I have asked them to clear it with no response.
