      This company is a complete scam. They overcharged me for shipping, charged me for import duties to Thailand which were double billed by Thai customs. I've made 20 countem 20 attempts to contact customer support and 10 phone calls to fedex who are no help They shipped it as a commercial package instead of personal goods (its just some clothes I bought from amazon) and charged me DOUBLE what Amazon would have and one month later no packages I cannot get any help from customer support

      II bought a bag from Vetelli on October 24th. I used my American address provided by MyUS.com. Vetelli shipped the bag and it arrived at the MyUS address on October 31st. Since then, MyUS has ignored my shipment ( I live in Saudi Arabia). I don't know if they have it or not. I've tried contacting them through email and messages on X, but they haven't responded. I think MyUS might have scammed me!

      I signed up for the service, They took my bank card information then denied me service. I received this in an email: Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot offer you our services at this time. Best regards, Your Team at MyUS Now I am stressing because they have my bank information. It feels like I was scammed.

      What a horrible company. They tried to charge me $45 to ship something back to myself, which was honestly more than I originally paid for the item. The account automatically defaults to the most expensive option in regards to shipping (i.e., priority overnight). Customer service was not helpful at all, and took forever to provide generic responses that were obviously copied and pasted. Their rates are not competitive and they try to charge you for something without getting consent! I have written documentation that I did not consent to the charges, both via email and their live chat feature. Do not give your credit card details to this company! I cancelled my account and still feel they will charge for something I did not agree to. Stay away from this company, they are a bunch or crooks!

      This company does little or nothing in the way of customer service. They operate under the MyUS.com banner as MyUS.com/shopping I purchased a monthly Premium Membership for $19.99 . When all the items arrived I selected them and was told it was $145 to ship. I am in the Philippines soi was upset because without the Premium Membership it would have only been $50-60 to ship. I immediately cancelled my Premium Membership and was told that I could not renew without paying ANOTHER fee. Evidently there was a box on the bottom in small print that said "Combine all shipments". So I told them that I would not pay the high shipping costs. They shipped 3 anyway, single shipments, that weighed less than a pound for approximately $47.50. They want approximately $85.00 to ship the rest. I emptied the account by ordering from them so that they could not push the charges to my account. I told them I was going to do this. My first issue is...I payed for a month, even if I cancel, should I not be entitled to the service until the next billing cycle? Also, should not the packages been put on hold until the resolution of the issue? Also, the representative I traded emails with from MyUS.com was totally uncooperative and only knew how to speak corporate babblspeak. I tried to get a manager but was told one was not available. Really? I was a manager for Boeing Repair Station BACR668L and I never left them alone. Bad things can happen, both accidentally and emotionally. There are good people at this company. I got a bad individual on this on. But, it's not the first time.

Best Regards, Your Team at MyUS I reported my complaint to numerous agencies and definitely the USPS OFFICE AS WELL.. USPS Case Confirmation For Service Request ********.. If myus.com would have confirmed that they only do airplane freight and not ocean and had given me the option of opting out or even could work with the courier which I had chosen to ship to my address. Then I would had have an issue with myus.com and I would Still be their customer today but am not now.

      Complete ripoff, charged me more than 3 times the quoted amount.Tried to contact them AND escalated the issue and they dont want to solve anything. Will have to file a complaint with Paypal to have the charges reversed and contested.

      I will never do business.wih them again. It's a ripoff and they keep your stuff and continue to ask for more money. It's a scamm!
