      In May 2021, we contacted Jon H. of Infinity Pressure Washing and Sealing, LLC, who represented that he would be available to install pavers, creating a patio at our home in Siesta Key in the area outside the front door. The job included removing the former surface, adding the appropriate base and laying the hardscape, which would take a total of 1-2 weeks. Although paver installation is not listed as one of Infinity's areas of specialization, Jon warranted that it was a job he "and his crew" (who we never met) were equipped and available to handle. Soon after, Jon requested payment, by check to his company, in the amount of $2,000, on June 16th, followed by another payment on June 18th for $1,300, and another on June 28th for $1,396, followed by a check made out to him, personally, for $1,500. All payments were made by my elderly mother, and Jon dug a muddy mess and eventually never returned claiming Covid, food poisoning, deadly car crashes and sending incoherent texts.

There are 26 screen spotted text messages for ******** ******** there is ALOT NORE COMING forgive me if It does not come in order I tried to do the first attachment as first text message in order all the way to the last text messagebeing the last attachment. I only stopped respondingwhen she refused to prove who she was by calling off ******* ******** phone number and sending a picture of her and her mom with that days date wrote on a piece piece paper she did not do so Nordic use call on the time I asked her to and I was in communication with ******* ******** while this ******** person was contactingme asking about financialaid other things when I had literally just talked to ******* my client via text and phone call each day ******** ******** messaged me up until I stopped messaging hack due to the fact she refused to do what we asked to prove who she was and ******* ******** never once said anything about her contacting me or anything about her when I as ******* via text she never responded we were told that the hoa was involved so contacted them and they told me that was in fact not true and that they only came by to say something about what she had out front and that it was ******* daughter that she had power of attorney over her and that she had hired a new contractor while we were quartinedwith covid and ******** said so herself not to come back we had every intentionon finishing after we were no longer a health risk to the elderly there. After months had passed ***** Jon took over $6,000 from us, he would not answer if and when he intended to return and finish the job and instead (as the text messages he has shared demonstrate) he asked for photos of us coded with inexplicable passwords *********** cargo"?) and refused to answer the phone or get on a phone call. We had no choice but to become increasingly concerned, for several reasons, and move on to hiring someone else for the project who valued the job at just over $3,000. We regret that any of this occurred. We wish Jon the best and we, once again, as a gesture of goodwill make the request for the partial return of $5,196, with the remaining $1,000 to Jon for the time he spent on the property. The payment should be made in the form of cashier's check or certified check to ******* ******** within 15 business days. Additionally, we ask, again, that Jon not have any further communication with ******* ******** and that the Better Business please redact the reference to the exact Whispering Sands address mentioned in the complaint, if published, as well as any attachments. About lowes granted the sales man was rude but I so understand why I talked ot two other contractors that confirmed she does this ALOT AND can write and email fienw than pretends she can't. She changed her mind lowes told me and two other contractors during the job left and right and it cusses delays and she did it with me 4 times and finally I said that I couldn't change it again itcis cuasing so much more work and changing the price materials labor schedule astronomical to the point where I was in the negative but it to much to type so I will happily explain it to you via call This is Jon with infinity pressure washing and sealing llc XXX-XXX-XXXX she never responded to us to prove who she was so I quit communicating with her she did not call from ******* ******** phone nor would she send a picture of her holding today's date with her ******* from ******* phone we were quartinedwith covid at that point and were in contact with ******* ******** daily and ******* never mentioned 3csthleen would be contacting me or to give her ******* personal and financial information and there were times I had literally texted ******* ******** 5 min before ******** message me and ******* never evert brought up ******** having power of attorney we found this out when she lied and said the condo association said we could not coen back and owned them ALOT of money so I contacted them they told me no they never said that and that in fact it was ******** and she had power of attorneyover ******* but does s terrible job because she does not live in the same state as ******* nor take care of her the way she should and they said if she said not to come back that since she had power of attorneyover ******* that we were to abandon the job because she hired another contractor while we were quartinedwith covid and ******* was kept in contact and informed daily the money spent covered labor done and supplies I lost thousands of dollars for this. These are the pictures of her inside she said it was left this way forv4 months she had no waterlogged up appliances and lowes was at fault and coencto Dib out after working day and night on the phone withvlawyers driving there day after day calling countless other company to get it down for her Nad even paying for stuff for this out of the kindness of my wife abdi. The response provided by ******** ****** on October 13th is unintelligible and does not appear to contain any kind of proposed resolution. (I should add that I was unable to access any of the attachments he referred to.) We do not understand quite what he is attempting to communicate here but it is clear that we are not going to come to a resolution in this forum. We are grateful for the Better Business Bureau's process, allowing interested parties the ability to settle disputes and we are sorry that this was a fruitless endeavor.
