Anyone that is considering a home security system stay away from Smart Shield! I’ve had to call them back several times to fix my doorbell, which still does not work after four months. I had them install an outdoor Wi-Fi extender, and the technician made holes in my ceiling , left wires exposed, Charged me an extra $265 for the Wi-Fi extender which still did not extend my Wi-Fi to my pool equipment. I had to call Another company to fix what they messed up. I totally regret having signed a three-year contract with them. I have written emails to the owner and have never received Response regarding my issues. My ring doorbell system was 100 times better and for 1/10 of the price.Review from Janusz N

A lot of promises without solutions for job poorly done. Spend over$ ***** for system that doesnt work and no one seems to know how to fix it. Stay away from this company and I am talking from experience. My previous system at the house in the other state worked and was serviced with no problems.
