I had to leave several messages to customer service to even get them to answer me. God awful return experience with their third party distributors. I bought a 300 dollar dresser, the legs are held in by 4 1/4 inch screws. As soon as I put it down on my slightly uneven wood floor, two of the four came out. They told me "Just because you dont see how it would support the weight, that doesnt necessarily constitute a manufacturer defect.Also, your email on 4/5 stated that you wanted to return due the size and quality of the product. I apologize, but per policy we are unable to assist." It was not *just because* it was because I saw it with my own two eyes. Will never guy from Rooms to go again.Rooms To Go

We bought a King size bedroom set on April. First, they didnt told me that a dresser was out of stock. Now, Im waiting more than a month to get it. When they delivered a chest it came in manufacturer defective! I already changed 3 times! All 3 exchanged chest was manufactured defect/damaged. So unprofessional. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service!Rooms To Go

It's actually 0 starts, but I don' t have that choice. Rooms to Go has a sweet scam going. This is the biggest rip-off going at Rooms to GO. I bough a $200 pillow, the Bedgear Storm 2.0 Pillow SKU: 59906338 that is absolute crap and not even worth 40 bucks. The rip-off? I tried taking it back after a week of giving it a fair shot and management at the store told me that returns are not allowed. So they talk up a pillow, never mention that is not refundable and when you tell them the pillow is not worth $200 they refuse to refund it. It a con and I will never buy anything there anymore. The concept of customer care is non-existant there, people are just a target for their scamming.Rooms To Go

Will not work with customers. Placed an order online and financed it through their in house financing. Got an email to verify my purchase which looked generic and fraudulent so I was leery about it. Called and when they started asking personal questions like date of birth and social security number, I questioned why they needed personal information just to verify my purchase since they werent the finance department. They immediately cancelled my order and said would have to repurchase but only could be done in person at a store which is 2 hours away. The lady from the verification department was very rude. The supervisor was also not willing to resolve the issue either. I will be taking my money and going somewhere else. Do not recommend purchasing from this retailer. Poor customer service.Rooms To Go

If there was less than 1 star that's what I would give rooms to go. Their customer care team does not care for the customer at all and their promise to allow you to return something within 48 hours is BS. After being told I can return all of a sudden I can't return it..only exchange.Rooms To Go

1 starMy College Student Daughter order $1,000 worth of furniture and unfortunately she does not have the income to pay for it. I got involved before the items were delivered, but had been shipped, but Representative stated we would have to wait to be delivered in order to send back. Once items were delivered. representative then stated they could not take back since it HAD been delivered. After multiple phone calls and emails now 2 months later furniture is still Sitting in original Boxes in our Home. I guess we are just going to donate Brand New furniture to ******** ***, *** these companies care nothing about there customer base. We have purchased probable $10K worth of furniture over the years. I bought a sofa from Room to Go with an extended warranty, and within the first year, I started experiencing padding issues. We reached out to their service team, and a technician came out, added some foam, and told us to keep using it. Fast forward just five months, and the same issue reappeared with the padding. Unfortunately, by then, we were outside the one-year window.When I turned to the extended warranty, I was told it wouldnt be covered and my claim was rejected. This is extremely frustrating, especially since the sales *** sold the sofa with incorrect information, leading me to believe that the warranty would cover such issues.Most people assume that an extended warranty will cover everything, but apparently, thats not the case here. I called the Room to Go manager hoping for some assistance, especially since we had ***orted the issue within the first year. However, they simply transferred me to the extended warranty team, and my claim was denied.I strongly recommend avoiding Room to Go. My experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I will be advising my friends and family to shop elsewhere. *** offers better coverage on extended warranties, and I will be sticking with them from now on. Im extremely unhappy with the product and the lack of proper customer service.Rooms To Go

I bought the extended service warranty. I was told that it covered everything. But wait a minute. I specifically asked about cigarette burns and was told yes it covers everything but I tried to file a claim low and behold it doesn't. It also doesn't cover discoloration of wooden furniture from spills. I spent a ton of money ?? paid cash and this was our second purchase from them. I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. So beware of their extended warranty. The salespeople will say it covers everything. It does not. Very disappointedRooms To Go

1 starWe purchased two children’s full size beds as well as two dressers from Room to go. One of the dressers came damaged so I had to have it replaced. A little while after the boards under the mattress kept falling off because it was too short. I have had issues with these pieces for years. I went to the store and showed pictures but they said it wasn’t under warranty and nothing could be done. Almost all the drawers in the dressers are hanging out 2-3 inches because they can’t close any more. I am so disappointed in these pieces and the service. I have bought every single piece of furniture from rooms to go and it’s very disappointing and upsetting how frustrated I have become with these pieces. As a valuable customer I expected better assistance when I wanted to exchange these and put the difference to get pieces that were more stable. Here I am having to purchase two beds and two dressers again. One thing I know for certain is that I will not be buying at Rooms to go.
