On July 17th, I placed an order (#ISS-3408) with Remedy Holistic Wellness. After placing the order I received a text message from ************** that said I would need to complete payment through cash app or Zelle to ***************************, but the name on her website is *****************************. Payment was sent on July 17th, at checkout her website stated that it would take ***** business days to fulfill orders. On Monday September 12th, I sent an email and text message to ****** to get a status on my order. An email and text message was sent again on September 14th and again no response. Attempts to make contact via the websites online chat were also made with no response. On September 24th, an email, text message and chat via the website (https://remedyholisticwellness.com) were made and and a response was received via the online chat when I requested a refund for my order. ****** was immediately aggressive and unprofessional and was not able to provide a status on my order. I am just confirming what the other users have stated. This fraudulent business is making a living off false advertising and promising services that are never provided. She responds with anger and threatening tactics when questioned about anything. Once she has your money you can forget about hearing from her again. I simply asked for my money back when she clearly states on her website that iridology readings take **** days. 3 weeks later when I messaged she said, youll get your supplements when you get them and Im blocking you. Which she did both via direct text and social media. Can you imagine a business that blocks her clients from communicating because they question her time frame. She also removed multiple messages she sent me. Very very unprofessional!Initial Complaint

In July 2022, my girlfriend and I submitted an online order with Remedy Holistic Wellness, purchasing $48.25 worth of products (order ISS3410). The website says **** days to fulfill orders and ***** days to ship. In September 22, inquired about status update on order via phone number and online chat.1. The phone number provided on website *************) was answered by a man that had no affiliation with the business. I informed this individual that a business is using their number on the website. 2. The online chat had an automated response that 'fulfillment takes **** days to process'. This was not helpful, because it had been over 60 days since ordering the product.The website and phone number and chat seem to be a scam. There are other negative reviews on this site, which makes sense now given the issues with our order. Do not trust *************************** and the product she sells. I would like a refund and a response from this person, who runs a scam business.Initial Complaint

On April 15, 2022 I ordered $115.00 worth of merchandise from Remedy Holistic Wellness. Extended shipping time up to 45 business days is stated on website. It has been 5 months and item has not even been shipped. Company will not respond to emails or messages. I want the product. But will not wait another 6 months so a refund is acceptable. Bought products from Remedy Holistic Wellness in March of 2022. Website said 2-4 week shipping time. I spoke with the owner and she said it would be a bit longer. Its now been 7 months and still havent received my items. She said that she isnt allowed to use PayPal because she sells CBD so we used a third party payment method. Still no word or shipping information on my items. Owner will not refund. This has happened to many people, including several of my family members. This business needs to be shut down. She is scamming people hundreds of dollars at a time and we never receive the products.Initial Complaint

Made a purchase through cashapp to *************************. Have reached out multiple times and she keeps lying saying " it's on the way or something happened with tracking number" it's absolutely ridiculous that she is taking advantage and taking money from people and not refunding them or providing an order. I understand that right now, supply chain delays are an issue and this is a small business. I'm normally a patient person, however, never receiving the product, the lack of customer service, and the fact that I've had to spend more money to supplement not receiving the products I ordered is why I'm filing a complaint. On May 13, 2022, I placed an order from Remedy Holistic Wellness, which cost $131.48 (Order #ISS-3260). I ordered 3 separate holistic wellness tinctures (see attached). AFTER the check-out process, it is stated that fulfillment could take up to 45 days, plus an addition 15 days or so for shipping and that there is a zero-refund policy. (The website has since been updated to make this information known prior to checkout, however, when I placed my order I did not find that out until after I received the order confirmation.) I was okay waiting a little longer than standard delivery times in order to receive a small-business product. On July 20, 2022 - 68 days after I placed the order - I texted the number I was given for questions just to see if there was an update. I received no response. Because of this and a growing health concern, I had to order similar products from other companies to supplement not having received my order (I couldn't wait any longer to start a supplement regimen). On July 21, 2022, I tried following up from the previous day's text thinking maybe the owner (Kaylee) had been busy. I received a "read receipt" from the SMS text that she had seen it the same day, but she failed to respond. Now, August 4, 2022, it's been 83 days and I still have yet to receive my order. In a last-ditch effort for a simple update, I went to the website for an online chat, where I finally got ahold of someone only to be told in so many words that I shouldn't have ordered if I couldn't wait that long, and that it was out of their hands. Additionally, the company only accepts payments made from bank deposits that can't be disputed or contested.Business response

The owner claimed to have been sending email updates, but I have yet to receive a single email. I know my email is correct in her system because I received a confirmation receipt from my original purchase, which means she isn't actually sending out the emails as claimed. She, once again, told me I shouldn't have ordered if I couldn't wait. This is not only insulting, but the entire reason I filed a complaint was because I wasn't receiving updates, NOT because I hadn't gotten my product yet. If she has time to post trending content on social media, she has time to fill orders. See attached screenshot of the text. It is August 19, 2020, and it's been 98 days since my original order and I still don't have my product; according to the owner of the company, there is not even an approximate date she can give me as to when my order will even ship.Initial Complaint

The owners name is Kaylee W. and her contact number is +X XXX-XXX-XXXX. She has an instagram account purebloodtribe where she exposes curroption therby gaining trust of her potential clients. She has a 30 day turn around as she claims post office needs to approve the herbs she sells. This order is past her given turn around and was never shipped. Please see to shut down this businesses as future people shouldnt fall victim to her scams.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction is 3/13/2022. I paid $76.70 thru Zelle to Kaylee B****** for products I purchased from her online shop Remedy Holistic Wellness. I've tried to contact her several times thru Instagram and email and she refused to reply back with any sort of shipping, tracking or any information about my order and it is now July. Way past the shipping timeline she promised. Their was no communication and therefore horrible customer service. I asked her for a refund and no response. I placed an order on April 22, 2022 for an herbal detox. I was directed through a text message to pay $100 via cash app. After submitting the payment through my fiancées cash app I received no further communications about my order. I asked twice over a two month period what the status of my order was and she refused to update me. On Tuesday June 21, 2022 I messaged the company on Instagram asking for a refund for the product I never received. She explained that she doesn't give refunds and my order was waiting to be approved by her lab, but also refused to disclose what lab she used when she originally said she tested it from her homestead. I had genuine questions as a customer and she then said she hates customers like me because I wanted to verify her claims were accurate. The entire process has been shady, dishonest, and outright rude. I have documentation of all of our communications if necessary. All I wanted was a refund for a product I didn't receive.
