    They lied about the time it would take when setting up the appointment. The person on the phone was extremely rude, asked a lot of completely unrelated question, kept trying to sell me a service I was already requesting, refused to tell me how long the call would take, wouldn't finish his stupid questionnaire, demanded I reschedule the call, and hung up on me.

    After reviewing the phone for this client it seems that they did indeed ask how long the call would take. Our specialist did respond that they would need some information in order to know how long it would be. Not all calls are the same as everyone's situation is different. When our specialist was not able to gather the information needed they did suggest rescheduling for when the client had more time but were not able to do so.

    We are sorry you feel this way however again each situation is so different that timing is not an easy estimation. Some people can take 20 mins and others can take hours depending on your situation and what the solution may be.

    I am rejecting this response because: your explanation that "some people could take 20 minutes and others can take hours" is something you should tell your employees when asked how long it would take. That also does not address the fact that I was hung up on. Nor does it address the fact that we could have tried to see how long it would take but your employee refused. Nor does it address the bad behavior from your other employees including a woman just to pass me off.

    Out of nowhere, I started getting tons of calls for debt relief, asking for a *** or ***** (not me). One of the callers said it was from TurboDebt, so I called them up to be removed from their list. Here's the problem: They say someone filled out a form and used my phone number. Well, then VERIFY THE NUMBER before you blast it out to a 100 companies and start harassing someone. All you have to do is add a text verification, or phone call verification to make sure the phone number is valid to prevent ALL of these BBB complaints. What I'm hearing from their previous BBB complaint responses is anyone can basically add a fake phone number and target a person for harassment. It's 2023 people, learn how to use technology properly!

    When I called TurboDebt, I was told that I was removed from their system, yet I still continue to receive phone calls, hours later (We'll see how the coming days go). Considering I did not sign up for these calls, they are 100% SPAM.

    I am rejecting this response because the company did not address my one simple suggestion to fix this problem for others:

    Add a text verification, or phone call verification, to make sure the phone number is valid BEFORE calling anyone with offers. It's a simple fix! Just like e-mail newsletters require a double opt-in to verify the email address, this company NEEDS to do the same for phone numbers.

    I am rejecting this response because the company did not address my one simple suggestion to fix this problem for others, and I WILL CONTINUE TO REJECT IT UNTIL THEY DO. They also LIED in their response. They did not stop contacting me from 30 different phone numbers for at least a week. This business MUST learn to verify a phone number BEFORE sharing the information and calling every minute from multiple different phone numbers. If they verified the phone number, I would not have been interrupted and spammed with phone calls multiple times a day for a week. 

    I will repeat the following.

    For the past month I have been getting calls 4-6 times per day from this company Turbo Debt claiming they are responding to my application. I NEVER filled out any application and just want the calls to stop. If I block one number two replace it. I can tell you if I ever needed a debt consolidator I would NOT use this company.

    Telephone Harassment. This company calls incessantly from multiple spoofed numbers. They realize people are blocking their annoying repetitive calls so they use the shady practice of falsifying the information that shows up on your caller ID to try to trick people into answering. I don't even know how they got my number. My number is registered with the National Do Not Call List.

    Beginnig Thursday, October 26, 2023 and every subsequent business day since, I am called multiple times a day from different phone numbers by this business. They leave a prerecorded message regarding calling them about my appilcation. I have never filed an aplication or have had any business dealings with this company. They are harassing me.

    Hi, I am an unemployed 17-year-old teenager who never had a job. A few months ago, the financial consultant TurboDebt company began calling my number, which I always declined. Then, a voicemail is sent regarding my application, which I have never done. This persisted since then, each call has a different number. The location would sometimes read as "*******" or "**********" if I remember correctly. Also, it's always the same woman named ******** or at least other spelling alternatives. Is there an explanation for this? I do not want to be contacted any further.

    This company continually calls me even after repeated attempts asking them to stop. They also, spoof local numbers when contacting me. I've blocked over 10 different local and out-of-state numbers with no success. My number is on the national DNC registry. Further, I have never contacted this company in any fashion about the product(s) or service(s). I am pretty sure my information was just sold to them but they are legally bound to stop calling/harassing me when asked to and also per the national DNC. I am within my right to *** and/or file legal motions but would like them to just leave me alone and thus, this complaint.
