I took my **** Odyssey in on the 2/14 for the airbag replacement. Only the drivers side was worked on due to my not having the other key for the passenger side. When I was preparing to leave my key was hard to put into the ignition and turn. I went and got the person (****) that I had initial contact with. I told him what the problem was and he came out. After trying several times he got it to turn. Another guy also came out to see what was wrong. He took the keys and told me that my key was bent and that I needed to replace it or better yet replace the whole switch. I said no. There was nothing wrong prior to my taking it there. Now it's running bad. I had just had work on it and it was was driving good. I called and left a message asking ******************** to return my call because I was not satisfied with the service that I got. Today is 2/23 and I have not heard from him. I don't know what was done for it to be the way it is now but I'm thinking twice about taking it back. At this point I will let it sit in my driveway because I don't trust them.

I have Honda CR-V, I was experiencing trouble stirring my vehicle and my car was leaking fluid . I told the representative that I think something was wrong with my power steering. She said it was $138.00 each to diagnose the problem. I told her my problem. They came back with an exorbitant bill of over 4K. They quote unnecessary repairs. I took my car to a local mechanic and my car was fixed for under $500.00. These individuals are crooks. On another occasion, I took my car in to be serviced. The problem had not been fixed and they were attempting to charge me an additional fee to fix the initial problem I took my car in to be fixed. I only did business with them because my car was under warranty. Theyre not honest individuals. Save yourself the trouble.

Please find attached the service documents from Ms. ******* visit at our Honda store on 2/22/2022. This is the only record we have on Ms. ******* 2006 Honda CRV for this year. Service repair order 437362 shows three service request for Ms. *******, line C- customer states idling different and power steering leaking. Line D- customer states slowing down car hesitates. Line E- customer states 100k service. The second page of the documents supplied is the technician's inspection notes and estimate of what the technician found and recommend to the customer. Note the technician gave customer options. Ms. ******* declined most of the recommended repairs and asked us to complete an oil change, tire rotation, serpentine drive belt, spark plugs and wheel alignment. We quote our customers and utilize genuine American Honda Factory replacement parts and we follow American Honda factory required repair procedures. Aftermarket parts cost less, we avoid patch repairs that can cost customer considerably less at the present time but aren't necessarily the proper repair procedure for longevity. Also note the date we performed this diagnosis and it is ten moths later she is having an issue again. We are truly sorry Ms. ******* feels this way and has experienced these issues. We recommended to Ms. ****** what we felt her vehicle needed. We are scanning and emailing supporting documents to **** ******* ** the BBB. Sincerely, Don *****, Director of Fixed Operation

I was quoted an exorbitant price for unnecessary repairs. Im not sure if they think all women are not knowledgeable regarding there vehicle. I can in with full knowledge that my power steer was defective and my car was idling differently. I was charged $ ****** twice. I left the dealership with my car in worst condition. In the past, Ive always took my car to proctor Honda for repairs they have a long history of maintaining my vehicle. I have all my maintenance receipts. This false narrative that 2/22/22 was my only visit was a blatant lie. I took my car in for a driver side air bag recall and the repairs was done incorrectly. I did not have any problems 10 months later. My personal mechanic fixed my car and Ive not had any issues. I stand behind my aforementioned statement. Theyre untrustworthy.

Additionally, I forgot to mention my 2006 Honda CR-V currently has 112k miles on it. Ive taken jealous care of my vehicle. Unfortunately, this was not the only bad experience Ive with Proctor Honda. In 2013 , I traveled for 7 months and left my car in the garage. Upon my return, I discovered my gas light stayed on. I took my car to the dealership in 2013, they said that the car sat too long without being used and the gas tank needed to be replaced. When I got my car back, the gas light still remained on. ****** was the service associate, he wanted me to pay an additional $400.00 to repair the same problem. I told him that my car was not fixed and refused to pay an additional fee. I call my friend who happened to be a male. He called and I was told to bring my car in at no additional cost.
