      How is a 1 star dealership raided a+ on BBB with all the complaints. I just recently had a major back surgery. Tried calling this dealership for weeks to come up with an honest price on their falsely advertised prices on vehicles with no calls back. I've been studying the auto industry for months and have been reluctant on buying the vehicles I want due to them being the highest stolen vehicles in the world right now. I have been buying vehicles my whole life with ****. In the last 5 years dealerships have gone back to used car salesman tactics. They treat every client like they're complete idiots and try to use every cheesy tactics in the book. They use nice gentlemen to show you the vehicles and then you get greeted by these managers who try everything in the book to up the price, in my case $14,000 higher than advertised price. When you're not happy with their cheesy tactics they start telling you how spend your money and why you should use their financing to help your credit score and why you need gap insurance for their highly stolen vehicles they just claim to know nothing about. After months of shopping for Dodge vehicles I left disgusted by the way I was treated lied to talked to like I'm an idiot. How do you tell a client that a car advertised at $40,000 you would be smart to pay $75,000 buying it their way. I had limited time standing with my back surgery and these people put me in so much pain I couldn't walk for two days. They wouldn't let me leave unless I sign a paper I completely disagreed with for them. If you disagree they start the angry tactics. Sadly I was looking for three vehicles but never will I step in this place that treats you like you're a complete moron. First thing I told them I will not stand for their lies I want an out the door price as I don't have time to waste. In massive pain and barely could stand They still wouldn't let me leave. This place is disgusting the way they do business. Enjoy You're overcrowded lot of unsold cars.

He tirelessly liaised with Stellantis to resolve an issue where the wrong transmission was delivered, a process that significantly prolonged the repair time.       Don't leave this dealership with your new car unless they give 2 keys. They will never give you the other one. Got my truck here 2 months ago. They only had one key when I purchased it. They told me come back next week. There were also parts of the truck missing, which they replaced. But for 2 months they have been giving me the run around. With we can't find it. Then We will ordered one call back 2 weeks later its on back order. No answer zero help. Now I got go to another dealership costing me 500 and guess what key will be here in a week. Very low move to save a couple 100 bucks at there cost. Stay away from this place.

      I would not only not recommend anyone to this dealership, I would highly warn against it. They are deceitful and thieves. I went in to buy a car after receiving an email telling me the car had dropped in price by $1K. I was first told the car was $32K, then 28K, and then 26K. I thought we had agreed to 26k and I signed an offer sheet to this extent. My trouble was just beginning. I went to the finance office where I was introduced to ******* She seemed warm, friendly, and genuinely wanting to help me. She explained that due to my poor credit that she had worked very hard to find me financing. All of the paperwork is done electronically and we started to go through it all. I had been at the dealership for more than 6 hours at this point. She showed me where to sign and initial and we were quickly getting through it. I did see a place where I was being sold an extended warranty. I asked about this and was told that the finance company required that I buy this to finance me. I found this odd for a car that already came with good warranty, but she insisted. I specifically asked about this twice. Through our conversation I trusted her. I completed the paperwork and was provided a thumb drive of all the documents. When I was later reviewing the documents I saw that the actual purchase price of the car was $32332 including the rebates. Not the $26K that I had signed off on. I read that a warranty purchase is not required to be considered for financing. I found this odd. I had received a text from someone claiming to be the assistant to the managing partner asking about my experience. I returned his text and never received any type of reply. I then reached out to the ** via phone and "contact us" on their website voicing my concerns, again no reply. I also reach out to iala K via email and text and did not receive a reply. I have now filed complaints with the *** and the *********************** of *******.

      The service department alone of this dealership has ruined the allure I once had for the *************** Took my 2022 Gladiator in for service in November of 2023 for what ended up being a "bad valve body and torque converter". No serious wheeling or any crazy suspension or drive train modifications. This led to what I would later find out is a "quick turn around" by this dealerships standards. One week later service rep *************************** informed me the Jeep was ready to pick up. Less than 14 days later I found myself stranded with an immovable Jeep that would not turn off. I had to disconnect the main battery to try and save it but the secondary aux battery was not reachable with basic tools I had on me. Since then the Jeep has been in service 32 straight days and counting for again a "bad valve body". Communication with the dealership has been like pulling teeth. I reached out to the Jeep ********************** and was rewarded with one generic email that they are pulling more details on my case. It has been weeks and the Stellantis field rep has not gotten back in touch with me. Overall I was in love with the Jeep brand/culture until the fine staff of Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram At Sawgrass showed me the real culture. Do yourself a favor avoid this dealership at all costs. Unless you are a fan of mistreatment and squandered time.

      As the owner of Arrigo Sawgrass Automotive, I do not accept anything less than 100% satisfaction from all my customers at my dealership. I hold everyone in my dealership to high standards and have instilled that culture throughout the dealership. After researching your concern and consulting with my Fixed Director. I know that you have picked up your Jeep and had a nice conversation with us. After voicing your concerns and frustration with us. We both can agree that Arrigo Sawgrass has done nothing but taken care of you and your vehicle. The fact that the vehicle broke down is very unfortunate but thats why we are here to get it fixed and get you back on the road. Not to mention it was covered under warranty. With that being said, I am confused as to why the vendetta towards the only ones helping you as you mentioned. I kindly request that you do the honorable thing and take down all complaints towards Arrigo Sawgrass.

      I am very frustrated. This Service Manager or Advisor ***** called to tell me he was handling something for ***. I called him back. The just of this is Arrigo CDJR of Sawgrass handled a vehicle repair and was paid over 17k to repair, I did not even make it out of ******* before something else happened to it. Because something was done incorrectly by Arrigo CDJR. I told ************ wanted to speak to the ** of the building and he refused to get him for me so I can speak to him. It is absolutely absurd a place is paid $17,000 to fix something and can not do it correctly or want to take responsibility for not doing it correctly. They were paid top dollar to repair something did not complete it correctly and some how this is my fault.

      Avoid Arrigo at all costs. They do not complete the work they claim they do. They're scamming people.I took my 2022 Jeep Compass into Arrigo Sawgrass shop in August of 2023 because my vehicle wouldn't shift out of park, had a "service hill holder" and "service transmission". They claimed I "parked the vehicle in high water" and that the transmission had water in it. They refused to have Warranty inspector, or transfer to another shop. Insurance covered the new transmission. Arrigo received the payment on October 7. When they received payment they claimed a new recall and the vehicle was not responding. We then had several weeks of unanswered calls and messages. Fast forward to end of October, they had to "call in an engineer". They then ignored us for over a week, until it was finally good to pick up the car on November 9th. 77 days after I dropped it off. On November 12th I received more issues with the vehicle. They didn't fix it. I had to give them the vehicle AGAIN on November 14th. Avoid Arrigo at all costs. They do not complete the work they claim they do.

      Vehicle came in for driveability concern, issue was replicated and technician was following diagnosis chart to determine cause of failure. Being that the vehicle is under 36mo/36000 miles the entire transaction started off as a warranty repair, until the diagnosis led us to inspect the transmission fluid and inspect for any containments, at this time is when work stopped to clarify what was found, which was water in the transmission fluid. Unfortunately without having 24 hour surveillance on the video it will be difficult to explain how this happened. Client was advised to reach out to insurance provider to continue with repairs, client was skeptical and escalated the issue to Manufacturer, which led to Manufacturer declining repairs due to out side influence, water intrusion. Again we advised client on getting insurance involved as that is what insurance is there for. If there is any way to attached a video that was taken at time the fluid was drained will be more than happy to provide that video as well.

      ****Terrible experience with Arrigo Sawgrass, Terrible experience with Arrigo Sawgrass. *****I tried to replace my lease, went to the dealership and started working with ONE OF THE ***** REPS, gave him all the information, looked at the new vehicle, tested and decided to go for it. THE ***** REP advised he was going to work on the numbers and introduced me to his managers, after three hours they allegedly had everything they needed and will get the car ready for pickup and all the paperwork ready in the morning. called me the next day, came to do the paperwork the next morning and after two hours THE ***** REP advised that the finance rep was sick and had to go home. asked me to come back the next morning at 11am (Sunday) and i did... guess what...surprise!! nothing was ready, no paperwork, no car and THE ***** REP wasn't even working that day. spoke to one of the sales managers and she confirmed nothing was done. I was told that I would be able to sign the paperwork in a couple of hours but I had to pay more than what we agreed to, I said not and they promised to look into my case and get back to me. However, when I called to follow up, they kept putting me off, saying that he would need to check the manager or with finance on the paperwork. Finally after many text messages confirming everything was ready and approved to go I get another surprise text message, " you don't qualify for the rate we agreed to" nothing we can do... thank you. extremely unprofessional, liars, they do not stand for anything they say, dirty way to do business, if they cant rip you off they treat you like garbage. very unpleasant experience. no manager after promising a phone call follow up gave me a call.... everything was solved" according to them" with a text message saying nothing we can do thank you.. PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL POSSIBLE.

      I tried scheduling a recall on my Durango SRT. Called to do it and went from service to parts and back to service. ********** gave me an attitude so I asked for his manager, *******, which he never responded. I also called and left a message for *******. Nothing. So, this recall is MY responsibility but Arrigo refuses to help me. If something happens on the road, this is MY responsibility, no matter what I say Arrigo isn't doing. I've done messages on their website but no response. I need help for this urgent matter. No one cares.
