    Avoid at All Costs Classic Bait and Switch Tactics Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sawgrass is the epitome of everything wrong with the car-buying experience. Disorganized, misleading, and full of classic bait and switch tactics (which, ironically, is one of their actual ****** review categories with 32+ mentions). Im adding one more.Over a 48-hour period, I was handed off to three different salespeople, none of whom seemed to communicate with one another. In the middle of an appointment, **** (a manager) called methen asked if he could call me back. That call never came. After five hours, I called him, only to be lied to about the fees and how they do business.I came in genuinely interested in buying a vehicle priced right at Blue Book. I even told them exactly what I wanted to payjust $2K less. Still, their deception and treatment made it an easy no, regardless of the price.They quoted the following outrageous and inflated fees:PPP+ $2,999.00 Reconditioning $1,411.00 Documentation Fee $1,298.00 Electronic Filing Fee $559.95 PTA Fee $189 License Fee $500 For context, heres what I found with 30 seconds of research:Registration Fee $225 Title Fee $85.25 License Fee $45.60 PTA Fee $50$200 Electronic Filing Fee $89 ********************** Fee $799 As a salesperson myself, I can sniff out B.S. a mile awaythis dealership reeks of it. I sincerely cannot wait for the traditional dealership model to die. ***** has it right: transparent pricing, no market adjustments, no games. Pay, pick up your car, enjoy the experience. What a concept.Lastly, to Silviathe so-called Customer Relations Specialistplease save your generic copy-paste reply. Its clear from the dozens of similar reviews that nothing changes here.

    My 2021 ram had a DPF issue which they had to change the whole DPF system out and that took almost 2 months. I also told them about one of my break lights being out and they changed out the bulb And when I went to take the truck back after two months. My brake light was sticking out so much that My whole brake light system stopped working, and then I started smelling something burning, and there was so many clunking noise. I had to take the truck back to the dealership and now my truck has been in there for another month and mind you that I kept asking them for a loaner because now Im going into three months Without my truck and they cannot provide a vehicle because theyre holding my truck for so long And Im not seeing any Progress being made to my truck and I advised them that I needed my truck maximum Middle of next week, but I doubt I would Get my truck back and still they wont provide a loaner and keep recommending me to go pay and rent a car with ***** as if they expect me To pay for a rental for God knows how long.

    Bought Brand new truck. RAM 1500 now I have transmission problems, and they are not willing to help. I have contact ***** as well and nothing changed. STAY AWAY OF THIS DEALER! ARRIGO SAWGRASS

    My experience was excellent. My advisor - Richardson was polite, pleasant, and efficient. Everyone at the dealership were very nice & considerate. The work was done in a timely manner. The waiting area was comfortable & clean & provided an area for me to do my personal work. I will definitely go there again to get my car taken care of.

    Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Sawgrass that Scammed me out of my remaining 66 months Warranty and treated like Garbage.I purchased a Brand New 2023 Ram Promaster 3500 ************* Obvious Commercial Vehicle) I told them I would be using it for my delivery business. A few months later I had some electrical issues with my license plate bulb kept going out. Brought it in and they charged me $300 to replace the bulb and told me that my Warranty that I paid $3,893.00 for was useless because my Finance Manager did not check the box that said commercial use. They then told me I had to just cancel the Remaining 66 Months of Warranty because it was useless for my commercial vehicle and it could not be corrected. On top of all that, when I asked if there anything they could do being that the mistake was on their end they were extremely rude and basically walked out and left me there. I spoke to the General manager and he said theres nothing can be done so I'm stuck with a commercial vehicle I use every single day for my delivery business with Absolutely no warranty for the next 66 months. The warranty i paid for was 72 months terms and ******* mileage terms. And I have the Contract to prove it. I will be contacting my attorney inregards to this. because they didn't even attempt to correct this major mistake.

    I financed car with them three months later the is defect engine light came on i return the vehicle due to the fact it has warranty and no one can help me to get the car fix or offer me a loaner car i ask to speak with managers and they do not call back it 3 weeks now and no offer to even help with the payment of the car i have to take the bus to work with my kids and pay 650 dollar car note

    How is a 1 star dealership raided a+ on BBB with all the complaints. I just recently had a major back surgery. Tried calling this dealership for weeks to come up with an honest price on their falsely advertised prices on vehicles with no calls back. I've been studying the auto industry for months and have been reluctant on buying the vehicles I want due to them being the highest stolen vehicles in the world right now. I have been buying vehicles my whole life with ****. In the last 5 years dealerships have gone back to used car salesman tactics. They treat every client like they're complete idiots and try to use every cheesy tactics in the book. They use nice gentlemen to show you the vehicles and then you get greeted by these managers who try everything in the book to up the price, in my case $14,000 higher than advertised price. When you're not happy with their cheesy tactics they start telling you how spend your money and why you should use their financing to help your credit score and why you need gap insurance for their highly stolen vehicles they just claim to know nothing about. After months of shopping for Dodge vehicles I left disgusted by the way I was treated lied to talked to like I'm an idiot. How do you tell a client that a car advertised at $40,000 you would be smart to pay $75,000 buying it their way. I had limited time standing with my back surgery and these people put me in so much pain I couldn't walk for two days. They wouldn't let me leave unless I sign a paper I completely disagreed with for them. If you disagree they start the angry tactics. Sadly I was looking for three vehicles but never will I step in this place that treats you like you're a complete moron. First thing I told them I will not stand for their lies I want an out the door price as I don't have time to waste. In massive pain and barely could stand They still wouldn't let me leave. This place is disgusting the way they do business. Enjoy You're overcrowded lot of unsold cars.

    Don't leave this dealership with your new car unless they give 2 keys. They will never give you the other one. Got my truck here 2 months ago. They only had one key when I purchased it. They told me come back next week. There were also parts of the truck missing, which they replaced. But for 2 months they have been giving me the run around. With we can't find it. Then We will ordered one call back 2 weeks later its on back order. No answer zero help. Now I got go to another dealership costing me 500 and guess what key will be here in a week. Very low move to save a couple 100 bucks at there cost. Stay away from this place.
