If I could give a -score I would. I was scammed into an annual ticket, which states you get 4 free extra tickets. No. It is 1 extra ticket 4 separate times a year. When I confronted custom relations about it. They said the phone center and web says halve truths???? ISNT THAT A LIE. IF ITS NOT THE TRUTH ITS A LIE. RIdes where not running. NO animals. Just so disappointing and sad. Never will they get my money again.

By the appearance of the park it seems that Busch Gardens is taking in as much revenue as possible before closing the door. Several rides, and I do mean Several rides not working. More food sales locations throughout the were closed than those that were open. The park was dirty and run down. The prices like everywhere were outrageously high. It is a shame, Tampa is a great location and Busch Gardens use to be a quality park for families enjoy.

Dreadful! Only 3 rides were in operation, the so-called zoological exhibit Ms were dreadful and most of the animals were hiding. Do NOT go here! It is a colossal waste of time and money.

Their business practices and customer service are horrible. I purchased an annual pass which was to expire 10/4/22. I also called the membership line to confirm expiration a month prior to the passes cancelling. Much to my surprise I notice my card has been charged that last 2 months so I called customer service. The customer service rep told me that my annual pass did expire but per terms and conditions (which he repeated at least 4 times reading from a script) my pass was moved to monthly. When I asked him why then did it have an expiration date and why when I called to confirm that the rep didn't tell me it would convert or that I needed to tell them I was cancelling he only said again terms and conditions. So in the fine print.... This is completely underhanded and bad business. They are just counting on the fact that people won't notice these charges and taking advantage of people. Thank you Busch Gardens for ruining my faith in businesses that are supposed to be about family experiences and instead are cheating people out of money.

As a resident of Tampa Bay since 1980, my family has been to Busch Gardens numerous time over the years. It has always been a favorite attraction for us. But! yesterday was a disaster. I don't write many reviews or rate anyone 1 star, but this is an exception. We arrived on Saturday morning about 10:30 to an extremely long line for the parking lot. After finally getting through the gate ($30 to park) we proceeded to the tram area for our normal ride to the entrance. Much to our surprised they had closed the tram and directed everyone to the line to walk to the entrance. We were told this was the security line and only two of their metal detectors were operating. To shorten this review, it took us almost 2 hours to get to the gate to enter the park. This was a complete failure on the part of Busch management! Everyone was completely disgusted and frustrated. By the way, this was not a sellout day. Inside the park was a normal Saturday crowd. I can't believe Busch could be so incompetent after all these years of crowd handling! As a sidebar, after reaching the gate we saw signs announcing the new entrance under construction. This was the real problem. They were not prepared to handle the morning crowd. And by the way, if you think you could avoid this mess by purchasing preferred parking forget it. They too had to proceed to the back of this long line! At least they were fair in punishing everyone equally. Busch Gardens you owe everyone a sincere apology and I hope you correct this unforgiveable situation.

We bought three Tickets for Busch Gardens and when we got there today the line to get in the park was over a mile long. Busch Gardens decided to do construction on a security entrance in the middle of the summer. What a waste of our time and money could not stand in line that long!

Being a platinum pass holder for years and Busch Gardens Tampa always disappoint me even more. I will give you one example on how this park has become so cheap and isn't customer service oriented at all. The attraction cheetah had a waiting time of one and a half hour. This attraction have two stations for loading and unload guests. The administration prefer guest to wait ridiculously long lines instead of opening both stations to agilizar the guests loading. I will not be renewing my platinum anual pass since I don't find value on neither Busch gardens Tampa or adventure island.
