    Took my vehicle for collision repair, they charged $9,100 for repairs. The communication and repairs are horrible. Vehicle was supposed to be repaired and delivered on 12/8/2022. Took 2 weeks longer to deliver vehicle because they ordered incorrect replacement wheels twice and never communicated the delay. Have to constantly reach out to request update. After requesting several updates, I was informed the car was ready 12/21/22. They had me pay the $500 copay before taking me out to view the car. Once I inspected the vehicle, the repairs were unacceptable. One of the doors that was replaced was loose and would not close properly. The door was also bent on one corner. Both doors that got repainted had debris painted over them like the doors got painted outside and debris fell on it. There's paint drip runs on both doors. once of the mirrors was scuffed/scratched. Interior plastic was scratched when reinstalled. Steering wheel was not centered. When driving the car straight, the steering wheel was tilting to the left and also car had vibrations above 45MPH. Dropped off the vehicle the next day to get items corrected. Ferman Collision has had the car for 2 weeks now and stop responding emails and calls when I requested updates.

    My 2021 Honda Accord was stolen, recovered and my Honda dealership referred me to Ferman Collision Center for repair. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, it was a pleasurable experience, friendly staff, and beautiful area. My insurance company inspected my vehicle, authorized repair, and had to issue one supplement payment. Here is the issue I am now faced with, and I need help! I was told that the person that is assigned to work on my vehicle is or was off work due to illness. My vehicle repair was scheduled to be completed on August 19, 2022, then moved to August 26, 2022, and now it's looking like it may be August 31, 2022. It was further explained that that my vehicle repair will not continue until this person returns. There are other associates with Ferman Collision Center that can continue the work that needs to be done, but it was assigned to the person that is ill. I am not mean, heartless and wish this person that is ill a full recovery. But am I the one to be inconvenienced due to the Ferman Collision Center processes or norms? If other Ferman Collision Center associates can continue the necessary my vehicle needs, why not take care of the customer? This makes no sense to me, and I am a licensed insurance adjuster! The person with Ferman that called me today showed no empathy when I explained that I have international travel plans that will go into motion on August 31, 2022, I have paid for travel and lodging. I offered to send this person my itineraries and he said that he believed me. Help!!! Any ideas or recommendations would be of great help!!
