      Global Trust Management has been calling both myself and husband over the last few days repeatedly and not providing any information to confirm if in fact this is a legitimate issue. They use different local numbers each time they call and called my husband today leaving the ************** phone number saying they need to speak with me. Ive received no letters from them regarding any collections or debts owed. Theyre cryptic calls in the age of scams is of concern and dont provide any legitimacy based upon how theyve proceeded thus far.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have not received any written communication from this company so I am not sure what address they have on file. Clearly they do not have my current one as no communication from their organization has been received at my current place of residence in a blank envelope or otherwise.

      Perhaps they can use the email address they should also have on file to provide me information or provide me their email so I can communicate with them directly. I need to confirm this alleged debt and resolve it if it is still legally collectible.

      It is up to the company to determine how transparent they desire to be in this instance if their goal is to resolve this debt for their client and for me not to have my credit adversely impacted.

      Representatives from Global Trust Management have called me multiple times over the past four months claiming to be collecting a debt. Every time I've spoken with one of their representatives, I've asked them to send me written confirmation of the supposed debt amount, to whom I supposedly owe the debt, and any paperwork they have showing they own the supposed debt. I get a variety of answers, from, "I'll mark you as 'Unwilling to Pay', to someone screaming at me with something along the lines of 'you know what you owe and to whom'. They want me to pay a debt they haven't substantiated over the phone by credit card and aren't willing to send me any confirmation of what I supposedly owe. They call during business hours (I work remotely from home 8-5 Monday through Friday), they call after I've told them repeatedly to stop calling and send me written confirmation of the supposed debt, and they call and just hang up. They have even resorted to calling my son and threatening legal action against him if he doesn't give them information they want. This month I've received calls at the following days/times: March 19 9:49am March 15 5:38pm March 12 4:08pm March 11 4:36pm March 9 3:06pm March 7 1:05pm March 6 3:11pm March 4 10:29am March 4 10:06am The past four months have been filled with these calls. Their unwillingness to send me any confirmation of supposed debt, along with the harassment, constant phone calls, unwillingness to let me speak with a supervisor are all violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I'll be sending them a cease and desist letter certified mail this week, but something needs to be done about them.

      Feb 28th 2024 received a call from this company saying i owed for a payday loan. My wife called them the next day and was told i got a payday loan june 6th 2022 and ******* was deposited into my account. They read off all information. Had my employer wrong and my address. My wife called the bank ans had them research our account. Bank called back and said no transactions like that were ever made. So my wife called this place back and they assured her they would mail out all related documents. We are still waiting on the documents. My wife let the person know we will be filing charges with local police **** as well.

      Someone or several people keep calling my employer without my consent they have been ask to stop calling my employer several months ago.       Global trust management has called me over 30 times in the last five days. Additionally, they call my cell phone my work phone however they dont send me an email or mail out any information. Nothing this company does allows you to know its a legitimate business because they dont have any information to give you. Additionally, I spoke to **** all for him to raise his voice at me while attempting to collect information

      My father is getting non stop calls from this debt collector asking for myself or my sister. Neither of us have outstanding debt of any kind of have even been contacted. My father is 75 years old and doesn't need this stress. Harassing my family and myself needs to stop.
