      I am writing to report a fraudulent account opened in my name with Suncoast Credit Union. I am a victim of identity theft and did not authorize the opening of these accounts. Below are the details of the fraudulent ********************************* Name: Suncoast Credit Union Opened Date: 12/15/2021 Account Number: ************ High **********************: $466.00 Opened Date: 11/27/2021 Account Number: ******* High **********************: $301.00 I kindly request that you close these accounts immediately and remove any negative information associated with them from my credit report. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide confirmation of the account closures and any relevant documentation related to the fraudulent activity.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

      This bank has been my bank for approximately 8 years. Today I get a letter from them saying that my credit card information may have been compromised and to call them in regards. I tried to call and was bounced around at least 6 times I spoke to 2 supervisors named ******* and the Inverness manager named ****. No one can help. ******* said Im gonna transfer you directly to the ********* branch so you can ask them if they sent you that. The letter also said that my card would be shut down in 14 days automatically from the date on the letter which was march 21st then another 7 to 10 days to receive my new card and p ************ a long time to be without my card. Neither ******* or **** did anything to help me except pass the ***** They even have the nerve to say that letter could have been sent out in error . ******* said. As if Im making it up. I said Im looking right at it now. And Im telling them what it says. Still. They dont see anything wrong then at the last supervisor call she tells me I gotta wait up to 3 more days for them to investigate the complaint. Absolutely horrendous customer service and extremely unprofessional for a bank. They treat there clients like there a burden. Disgraceful. If my card gets shut down without my authorization thats a big problem and inconvenience for me. Sad part is they dont care. Copy of letter uploaded

      I find this account to be incorporated with inaccurate information, I strongly believe this to be misleading and misrepresentation of my credit history.

      Tomo boost credit collected two payments one for $300.00 and another for ***** and the service wasn't provided. I reported the issue to Suncoast credit union they claimed I had to wait 2 weeks to send the dispute to **** and toda 3/11/2025 the charged me 3***** out my account cause they claim **** denied my dispute

      On 2/17/2025 a check was deposited into my account with **********************. It is now 3/5/2025 and my check has yet to be released to me and they refuse to give me a true reason as to why they are refusing to release me funds when. I have now requested the release of said funds on several occasions and have continuously gotten denied access to my funds without proper reasoning.

      I've held an account with ********************** for well over a decade, I also have several accounts with them. I have been barred from opening any new accounts with this bank online, which is very convenient. I always see, "We found a potential issue with your membership. Please contact our ****************** at ************ or your local branch to finish opening your new account. We look forward to speaking with you!" I've messaged and called several times hoping for a resolution, I have also visited the closest branch; to no avail. I had then resorted to calling their service number to manage accounts, primarily CD accounts; albeit the inconvenience wait time. I went ahead and called today to open a special savings account, now I'm being told I can't be helped via phone, and since I can't do it online, I will have to go in to a branch, so I will have to go into a branch every blasted time something like this happens. I opened by first CD online, then was blocked since. Please fix my account so I have normal services online. This issue has gone on well past a year.

      I am so upset with Suncoast Credit Union. I have been a member for over 30+ years. My son just tragically passed away in an auto accident. I contacted them to have an increase in credit card limit for funeral expenses. They denied me. Who can I count on if I cant count on you all to help me. I gave all my services to you and then they judge you without really knowing you. I asked for someone else to look at my application and I was told that couldnt happen. Now Im scrambling to find funds to have a funeral for my son. I just believe that I could have been helped and not rushed with a decision just because it was almost the close of business.

      12/20 24 I bought a car and this company financed it. I have been trying since the 3rd of February to make my first payment. I deposited 1000 in the savings account this company opened on my behalf for the purpose of transferring funds from my bank to make car payments. Now they wont release my 1000 and put a hold on it and want to charge me a fee to use another form of payment. My money is being kept from me and its illegal as far as I know.
