product did not work as advertised on greasy stoves, or pots and pans to remove the burned marks from underneath. Did not remove the grease from the inside the oven door as well. after contacting splash they asked me to add vinegar to the solution to make it foam up, then allow it to sit for 20 minutes. therefore I did as they explained and sprayed the product on again and left it on overnight instead, still the same results. therefore I asked for a refund which they said they will refund me 50% of my money and they were gonna charge me a $8.00 restocking fee for a product that don't work.Business Response

01/23/25 : I placed an order for the Washing Machine cleaning tablets. The website was extremely difficult to navigate causing 2 other items to be inadvertently ordered. Once I received the confirmation email (that same day), I realized that I was charge for 2 other items that I did not want. I immediate sent an email asking that 2 items be removed. I never received a response or any correction to the order. 02/04/25: I received the order for 3 products. I sent another email asking for instructions on how to return the unwanted items. 02/04/2025 I ordered 2 packets of Splash Foam Cleaner, which cost approximately $40. Checked my credit card balance this morning to find a charge of &*****. The company website continued to prompt upsizing to a different package costing more than $60. Would not allow customer to go forward to final purchase window. Additionally, there was no invoice or indication of shipping cost. This product has not been shipped to date (no tracking number). I bought some cleaning products from Splash Spotless and I actually liked them. They sent me an email saying I had been issued a credit because of being a good customer or something like that but it was a specific persons name - ****** I think. Again the email said ***** we have been trying to reach you because youre a good customer we wish you to issue you like a $21 credit and its expiring soon if youd ont use it so we dont want you to miss out. Please come on to our site you take this link and use this credit before its gone so I went online and I was looking at their products. I still have plenty of what I already bought, but I didnt wanna lose thecredit so I got a $***** order of more washing machine cleaner and the email said the would be applied at the end of urchase as I went the process and when I completed the purchase, if charged me $26 with tax there was no credit at all, I called after I searched a long time online to find a phone # the email ads that they came in the order **** said confact with any complaints did not route anywhere useful, It went back to the home****, so I called them after finding the number and they said oh the $20 was actually acredit because the product is normally $40 and we had a credit so it was only &***** . It was not presented that way at all I said it simply said it was $*****. It didnt say there was a credit that was the credit that was involved so it was tricky and they basically just were tricking people into trying to buying more stuff which really upset me and I Iet them know. I contacted them and I asked for a credit back. Im still waiting for them to process it. In summary, They contacted me and said I was awarded a credit but they were actually using an immoral tactic on honest cutomers but really Tricking me into buying more stuff and it was a shady business practice and thats why Im following this this complaint on BBB. I ordered this product on January 14, 2025 (Splash Foaming Cleaner). This product does not do ANYTHING! No foaming, no cleaning, nothing. I emailed them regarding this and never received a response. There is no place on the website to leave a review, leading me to believe that the great reviews that they post are fake. The "no hassle return" is a joke. They require the customer to pay the shipping fees to return the product, as well as a restocking fee! On a $21.69 purchase price, I would have received very little money back, not making it worth my time to pack it up and take it to the post office. January 28, 2025 Transaction ID: 9X7O980KM379852G Merchant: Splash Foam Spray Order#: FS364173 I purchased Splash Spray on January 20, 2025. I used the product as directed on the Splash Spray website and it did not perform as advertised. The Spray is supposed to remove tough grease after being allowed to sit on the affected area for two minutes. I allowed the spray to sit for five minutes and the grease remained on the affected area. The spray was totally in effective and I want my money back as gauranteed by Splash Foam Spray merchant, $27.12.After l noticed Splash Spray did not work when I used it on January 28, 2025, I phoned Customer Support and spoke to Princess. She told me that refunds are not issued once a prduct has been opened. Princess suggwsted leaving the product on the greasy area for ***** minutes and adding Vinegar to the Splash Spray solution. I told her none of this information was mentioned on their website; I also said that I did not think her suggestions would work and that I wanted my money back. She continued to recite, no refunds can be given for opened products. I then asked, how will know if the product works if I do not open and use it? Princess repeated the no refund policy again. I simply want my money back as Splash Foam Spray merchant guaranteed on their website. I have attached a copy of my bill for $27.12.Business Response

I purchased this item from an online ad on January or about January 8th of 2025. After receiving the powder and using it as instructed, like every other person that has tried this product, I discovered that it does not work at all. They should be ashamed of themselves for advertising this product in a way that makes it look like it can work. They advised me to add vinegar and to the mix to produce the foaming activity. Which would cause me to believe that the product is nothing more than fancy baking powder. If you do this, the product is not cleaning your bowl. The vinegar and baking powder is. I did not purchase the product to conduct science experiments with other products to see if this can work. That would be expensive and time consuming. I should not have to use a single drop of another product to make it work. Watching other reviews, people have correctly labeled it as a scam and they should not be allowed to advertise it as a working product. If this should come up in a class action, Id happily sign up. Shame on them for getting rich on their lies. They are trying to say theirs something wrong with my water, its too soft or the ph is off. This is absurd. I test my water from time to time, as a someone who has studied chemistry at the university level, I can confirm that this products claims are completely false and I hope that theyre not permitted to mislead people anymore. I was offered a %50 refund which is not acceptable. Why should I pay anything for something that works at a 0% level? Its so sad to see how low some will go for the sake of making a profit. With all the effort they put into this thing, they could easily have presented legitimate product that doesnt upset so many hard working customers.
