Him and his team were punctual, professional. and maintained my property clean throughout the process. The final price did not change from the initial quote, which I was very happy about.I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

Horrible!!! The work that was rendered on the roof was fine the initial repair done in 2023 was done good but Ms. Ullie if that’s how you spell it (office manager) claims that her supervisor is never in the office and that they only have one maintenance person to fix the damages some of their initial work has caused my house. They make/set appointments and don’t show up or call, until you call them. This roofing company is the true definition of some time don’t trust a book by its cover. Also they are not even sponsored or approved by Home Advisor any more Daniel didn’t call me back he called is maintenance person to call me instead of calling me directly.

People all I had to do was inform ****** of what was needed and then the magic behind the scenes stuff went to work, thank you!Your friendly and courteous team made our stress-free experience made the difference every step of the way, you can rest assured that the roof above your head will be there to protect you for years to come once they're finished! They stated two days to compete, and they stressed it was a big job and ooooh my, two days it was done everything packed and cleaned up even during the daily afternoon showers his team performed better than expected, no garbage left for me to clean up, no nails, no broken plants/****** or any other damages.The County Inspector and the Wind Mitigation guy had an easy time on site completing their jobs because everything was in order as promised no rework or items needing more attention getting it up to code, and ****** had it all scheduled as planned per the requirements, that was impressive.I you could see my texts of concern before during and after my roof and more importantly the timely accurate responses from ****** and Stay Dry Roofing you'll know you're dealing with an honest straightforward company that's doing things right over there 24/7 check their ratings.Folks when you receive good service you must post a review to help other steer away from all the bad stuff out there and I'm willing to bet ****** and Stay Dry Roofing will help calm those stressors if you're ever needing a new roof, trust me call them, now! I dont usually write long reviews for products and services, but I felt like I knew more about this company than most reviewers.I had been getting quotes to replace my 24-year-old roof when hurricane *** came through our area in late September. I was sweating as to whether this old roof could stand up to another hurricane. After the storm, I climbed up on the roof to check it for damage. Wow! With wind gust well over 75 mph, I did not lose a single shingle!At this point, there was no question who was going to get my business to install the new roof. You see, Stay Dry Roofing had installed my last roof in ****. There was not a single cracked or broken shingle on the roof 24 years later, and the roofing company was still in business. In fact, Stay Dry has been in business for over 36 years now (you wont find many roofing companies that have been around this long).I never met *************************, the man that started Stay Dry, but his son ****** is now running the business. ****** has brought modern business practices to Stay Dry. He realizes that customer satisfaction is an absolute in a world where everyone airs their grievances on social media. Stay Dry is also a Master Elite certified contractor of GAF roofing materials. Only 2% of all GAF contractors receive this certification.Everyone I dealt with at Stay Dry was very professional. They were amazing to work with and always responsive to helping.My roofs are not the only experience Ive had with Stay Dry Roofing. In ****, they replaced the roof on my brothers house, and in 2020, they also replaced the roof on my mothers house. Stay Drys prices are reasonable. They get with work done correctly and address any issues that do arise. They were also the only company that didnt bring up the possibility of turning this work into an insurance claim. This unethical practice in ******* is a huge reason for skyrocketing homeowners insurance cost. Thank you Stay Dry!
