This company is extremely unreliable. They were 45 minutes late picking us up. When we were done at our appointment and called our driver for the drive home she hung up on us. So we had to call the company which told us to call the driver back. She answered the second time we called and said we'd have a really long wait when she could have picked us up as her next pick up was just beyond our house on our way home. Now she knows she took a heart patient to our appointment but was not concerned. The whole time she's driving she's talking to a guy while speeding at 80_90 miles per hour. If I could give negative stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional. Cannot communicate effectively. Ran over multiple curbs. I called insurance company to voice my concerns and they called me 21 times after I told them I did not want to communicate with them any more. Both cars we rode in were filthy. NOT A SAFE COMPANY!Review from Ronda W

Before today i would have given a better review. I was scheduled to be picked up at 9:30 I called several times to get different arrival time. On several of the calls I was hung up on and then my trip was cancelled for no show when they never showed up. The young lady that was suppose to be the supervisor had no remorse for my situation and told me to contact Medicaid to complain on their service and hung up the phone so I did they just that and went a step further.

I tried to contact this company twice for pick up for a patient of mine. They hung up on me twice. Then the patient called herself & they were very uncooperative & gave her a difficult time about the pick up time. They argued with her & then hung up on her also. I would absolutely not recommend this service to anyone.Review from Paul T.
