    Arrys Roofing was contacted to repair my Popcorn ceiling. They came, give me an estimate and timeframe for completion. These fell within my budget and time constraints. The finished work was impeccable. I have no problem recommending them and working with them in the future.

    Arry's prebilled me $250 to come out to inspect roof, at first I thought this was okay since I was told a drone flying over the area roofs showed damage to our roof peak. I was under the impression that this was to cover the repair expenses. Once they arrived for a visual inspection to roof, no damage was found but Arry's kept the $250 and billed me an additional charge of $80 to caulk my sun-tube covers that had the beginnings of cracks. This was good customer service to take care of this while up there, and all the pictures emailed of our roof showing no damage, the before and after photos of sun-tubes was appreciated. However, Arry's advertises a free roof inspection on their page, so very confused as to what the $250 was for. The same scenario for my next door neighbor and she did not have any work performed. Told same thing, a drone detected damage to her roof, but none was found and she still had to pay the $250.
