I can't in good faith even give 1 star, OK I have to give at least 1 star This is the the most unprofessional practice, on 2 occasions after visiting an urgent care clinic, never receiving a bill I began getting notices from a debt collector. On the 1st notice I requested what services and a bill from the physician, never received any type of letter, bill, notice, letter email, etc... I only kept getting notices from the debt collector. I guess this is the times we have come to is to not even go to an urgent care for the simple fact that you just get sent to a debt collector. HCA FL. does not even have the courtesy to provide a bill from the physician who or what service were provided. It's a mute point to contact HCA FL. for the simple fact that they wouldn't even give a **** $$$$$ is the main objective and have lost the sense of patient care . In the future I refuse to go to any urgent care let alone HCA FL. It had better be a matter of life and death and since that's the case I'd wind up going to a traditional ER. Know that HCA has been under investigation for other less than other questionable or unethical practices this should be a warning to others to simply use either Advent ***** or ******** for urgent care needs. Take a look at profitability which is well above patient care.Review from Heather Z

I came on Saturday, April 20th, to drop off a device for the **************** When I got there a young girl was at the front desk. Someone told her theyd come get it from me. I waited about 15 minutes and then asked if she could call again. A security guard (not sure his name but he has a raspy voice, brown hair and facial hair) came up and asked the girl how old she was. She said 15. He then sat with her because apparently its not OK for a 15-year-old to be at the front desk alone. I waited another 15 minutes before I asked if I could walk the device back. I was happy to do this since I know its Saturday and the staff back there was probably very busy. The security guard told me very abruptly that I cant just walk into the OR. I calmly said, is the *************** separate? And he said yes.He then got very agitated and told me he would ****** me back. He grabbed the bag with the device I had out of my hands. He said the problem is I cant just leave this teen alone. Why did he ****** three people 5 minutes prior? He walked about 30 feet in front of me, I was barely able to keep up. He was walking so fast doors were shutting behind him before I could reach them. I asked him why it felt like he was so mad at me. I didnt do anything to him. I simply wanted to drop off a device to the right person. I am paying a lot of money for this test, and I want to make sure the device along with the results gets into the right hands. He snapped and said he wasnt angry with me.He was away from the desk for 2 min?He didnt feel the need to ****** me out (that seems odd since he HAD to ****** me in) and said have a nice day in a sarcastic tone. I definitely heard him say sorry about that to the nurse as if I did something wrong.Guys, I am the CUSTOMER! I shouldnt be treated so unprofessionally. It makes NO SENSE why that 15-year-old was at the desk alone to begin with, and why that became my fault or my problem is also inappropriate and unprofessional.HCA Florida Trinity Hospital Response

I don't even know where I begin.. this hospital is definitely not for the patients there for profit of money.. unfortunately I was admitted to the hospital a few weeks ago having some issues with my stomach.. The only thing that was positive about the hospital was the nurses bedside manner of the doctors was horrible the cleanliness was horrible and also being on the fifth floor when it rains it floods.. stayed there a total of four days and every night it rained every night it flooded.. NOONE came into the room to fix the issue.. so now I know why my allergies and congestion was on a high level because I'm sure that room is covered in mold it's supposed to be a Hospital it's supposed to protect you not get you sick on top of the issues you are already having!! Also they Jam a bill down your throat when you haven't even left the hospital yet! Have proof of that and a video showing the room and the water build up.. I feel sorry for the nurses over worked and definitely under paid!! And the nursing assistance there's several bad apples but that's not a super big deal when you have doctors with very poor bedside manner!! And while you're being stuck in the hospital you have to call the hospital and report it for somebody to do something about it!! Very unprofessional and even more unprofessional you call you text you email jamming a bill down someone's throat even though you've complained about all the issues nothing has been done but they're still harassing you about a bill!! I'm pretty sure I can file a complaint for harassment as well when I block numbers and they still continue to call and harass you and her bullies about it!!! Definitely do not under any circumstances use this hospital go elsewhere it is one of the worst hospitals in the area!! Now I see why the wait time is so short because the hospital is the absolute worst.. funny as I'm writing this I'm getting a phone call that I have a bill over $100,000 that I need to pay ASAP! And guy was a bully! SadHCA Florida Trinity Hospital Response

I was a patient at Trinity Medical Center and admitted through the ER on 10/9/21. Both the nurse in charge of triaging and the phlebotomist were impatient and rude. The nurse complained to my husband if I was in so much pain I should have come in by Ambulance. After all the testing was performed the ER doc felt I needed to be admitted and I was placed in an isolation room despite being fully vaccinated and negative rapid COVID test. My husband was not allowed to visit until PCR test came back negative almost 2 days later. In the meantime I had the negative results back in less than 24 hours b/c it was reported to my via the DOH. Medications were always administered late despite me using the call bell to ask for medication. I had several consults, one was with a neurologist, Dr. Shah who also happened to be out of network for my insurance. His notes were inaccurate, my hx was not correctly documented, he documented performing reflex tests that were never performed as well as strength test that were never performed. It also appeared there was no communication between staff members. I had to stay an extra 2 days due to lack of communication. I had to wait 2 days to have a nuclear medicine test performed. I would not recommend this facility under any circumstance and in the future will be seeking emergency medicine and hospital admissions elsewhere.HCA Florida Trinity Hospital Response
