ATTNY PATRICE ***** SHOULD BE DISBARRED! Attorneys like her should not practice Law & Harm Public! I hired her for my former tenant case and she lost it due to her NEGLIGENCE, INCOMPETENCE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL MISCONDUCT 1. She did not send my Evidence packet to the judge prior to Trial, unheard of! 2. She lied judge denied Her sending my Evidence 2 days prior Trial. LIE! She couldn’t show proof of that email to Judges chambers. And judge said no one asked her, otherwise she would allow it even at the Trial day. Going for trial without Evidence that attorney did not even submit is a terrible malpractice that lead to loose my case 3. She misinformed me on Appeal time that it’s 45 days instead of 30 which caused me loose even an Appeal. Her complete lack of knowledge is unbelievable! I filed a Bar Complaint against her! ***** ********, owner of Blue Line law firm is cocky, arrogant, rude attorney. He takes retainer and than drops your case like hot potatoes. He’s unethical. Due to attorney- client privilege we are limited in the amount that we can respond and address. The accusation are false and the Court has found no basis of the claim that is alleged. The court has also granted a request from us to withdraw from her representation.
