    Confirmation Number *********** Date July 9, 2024 for $649 with BofA Mastercard Resort Packages Includes - promised on the phone before they started the recording 2x 5 day/4 night Domestic resort 1x 8 day/7 night international condo 1x 6 day/5 night cruise (2 ppl only) 1x 5 day/4 night all-inclusive (designated choices only)Other stuffies Promised on the phone before they started the recording Does not include transportation Does not include food and other stuffies (except the all-inclusive offer) Need to book 30 days in advance at least Transferrable to others 90 min tour included Housing included No expiration date - Life long No blackout dates Reason for the complaint: They do not have the destination I wish to visit and was told I can take a look at the destinations available when I registered. I gave them a credit card for registration but was immediately charged. The designated choices were not only for the all-inclusive stay but for everything including the "worldwide" option. They say that they have over 400 places...that list is probably not even 100. They were misleading and lied about the 30-day booking in advance and changed to "90 days and first come first serve". Also, I double-checked, my 2019 trip they said I booked and didn't go on does not exist. I even went on a ***** trip in October and I did not book it. So they blatantly lied to me about making me think I was talking to a referred customer service representative from my trip in 2022. Also, I called them, but was told by the *** that the waiting time would be long; however, my call was dropped. This was not the service I paid for.

    I have been duped into buying 4 vacation packages from this company. They, continue to harass me asking For MORE MONEY, even though, I was ASSURED by a long time employee (multiple years), that NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL ME AGAIN REQUESTING MONEY. I even recorded it. Guess what? Now, they are back to harassing me about money. I was also, told by said employee, that they would sell 2 of the unused packages. That was back in December. I am willing to keep the one vacation package, that I have taken one of the vacations from, EVEN THOUGH, I was told that I would only have to take ONE TOUR from all of the vacations but, the second one, I was told I would have to take one. This is the reason that I cancelled that vacation. My bf was told that he would have to take the tour with me because, he was traveling with me and he wasn't willing to do that. Can't say I blame him. The two hour tour, inevitably becomes four wasted hours out of a vacation... Also, we don't live together so, moot point. Lastly, even though, I have the "white glove service," and WAS NOT SUPPOSED to be charged for cancelling, I was still charged. No refund or credit... In order to be happy and change my review, they would have to LEAVE me alone, get my money back to me (for a MINIMUM of two of the vacation packages), and credit me for the $150 reservation fee that they kept when I cancelled the second vacation. Oh, yes, and MULTIPLE APOLOGIES...
