I paid $998 for a vacation package to Trade Show Travel ** for 5 vacations. I have contacted them several times and they have contacted me several times via phone. Each time they have verified my email address and have not sent and email to redeem the vacations despite promises to do so each time. I am unable to book and every time they call they ask for more money to pay the "resort fees".

After attending a bridal show we were contacted by Trade Show Travel / DeeLux Travel informing us that we had been selected as prize winners for a vacation package to ******* and *********************. The offer was framed as a no strings attached incentive that we had been selected to win for visiting their booth at the show. After specifically asking what the "catch" would be we were informed of a $548 deposit ($274 per person) which they proceeded to collect in order to secure our confirmation. After the call our growing suspicions that this was too good to be true were confirmed. After collecting the $548 fee we received no itemized receipt of the deposit details, and we also did not receive any itemized details of the specific resort package we had "won". Instead, all we received was a generic email containing nothing except for a confirmation # and a brochure about the company's other vacation packages. After reading the terms and conditions attached to the brochure, and researching the company on BBB and other credible review sites we realized that in order to proceed with any bookings on our promotion we would be forced to attend timeshare presentations, which we do not agree to.We called the phone number provided, **************, and requested a refund on the deposit. We were informed by the ***** that she was escalating an email to her managers and that we would receive the refund. After no refund had been received we contacted the phone number again. This time the ***** claimed that he could not locate our confirmation number or personal details anywhere in his system. Very concerning. The ***** claimed he would escalate to his managers and call us back. After receiving no callback or refund we contacted the number a third time. This time we reached the first ***** who claimed she would escalate the refund to her manager again. We have yet to receive the refund, and none of the *****s are able / willing to provide a direct line to management.

We understand the guest's concerns and want to clarify that the package was purchased through a third-party company, Deelux Travel, for whom we handle fulfillment. After reaching out to ****** on the guests behalf, we were informed the matter has been resolved, and we truly hope the guest is now satisfied.

The first ****** I talked with called and said my wife had won a vacation package. After that I was transferred to a second ****** who explained what the vacation package was and it sounded fantastic. I was then transferred to a third ******. The third ****** finalized the deal and charged me ****** dollars. They promised me 5 vacations, all inclusive both in the ************* and International. The welcome email had mostly US Resorts. When I called the first time to book, and inquire about my package, I was placed on hold. I waited for 35 minutes before hanging up. I thought maybe this is to good to be true. I then started doing research and found all the complaints about this company stating it was a scam. I call back this morning and actually found a human. I explained the situation and that I requested a refund. Of course he passed me on to his supervisor. She didn't want to refund my money either rather she just wanted to keep trying to keep me as a customer. She stated she couldn't give me a refund because in the "recorded phone receipt" it was stated " this is "non refundable". My response to this is. The transaction is less than 24 hours ago. You take ****** from someone they no longer want your service. If you truly are a ligament business, refund my money. It's that simple. If not your just another business scamming good hearted American People out of their hard earned money.

I received a call from ****** on Sunday and she proceeded to tell me about her vacation package and started out asking for $1,298 for 6 vacations. She said I would only have to go to 1 presentation on my first vacation and then no need to do anymore after this. I told her I would like to see it all in writing and she continued to go on and tell me that this would all come in an email after I give my credit card number and go through the verification process. I asked if I could call her back tomorrow and she said this promotion was only today and expires after today. I proceeded to give my credit card number and the guy I talked to said I would be getting 12 vacations. Since then I have tried to call ****** 3 times and texted her 3 times with no response. She did promise to have *** send an email and it never happened so she then came back and said **** is the one who will send it. I would like a refund if this company cant send an email showing me what I should be receiving for my $598. I would just like to know if this company and the packages they sell are legit and if not would like a full refund.

Feb 12, 2025 I received a call from ***** at Trade Show Travel and she sold us a travel package for $998 and explained we would have a selection of 6 vacations from over 400 resorts after attending a presentation at one of them.March 27, 2025 I received a call from ***** ***** asking me to activate my travel package by paying an additional $275. He told me if I activated with him I would get additional resort options, added nights and white glove service. He told me if I did not activate with him and pay the additional money, my choice of resorts would be very limited (************, ** and *********, ** were 2 he mentioned from the limited list. I am familiar with resorts and know both of these to be in very low demand) I said I would call the original agent to get clarification. Ive tried three times to call the number provided by ***** on February 12, ************* ) and waited over 25 minutes each time. I was offered the option to receive a call back. I did this for each of the three calls I made and have not received a call back. I would like a full refund of $998 for misrepresentation of the travel package (limiting me to fewer/less desirable resorts unless I pay additional money)March 31, 2025 I replied to the original Welcome Email from ************************** asking for a refund due to misrepresentation of the travel package. That email address is from Monster reservations and not Trade Show Travel, the company that charged my credit card $998. I cannot find email contact information for Trade Show Travel, only the phone number from which I get no answer and no requested call backs. I see now on your BBB site that other customers have had several problems even after attending the initial presentation (more money requested, told they must attend more presentations, trouble booking, etc)

Thank you for your prompt action! I received a call today from an agent that listened to my concerns and agreed to give me a full refund. I received a follow up email with refund information. I have not yet seen the $998 refund on my credit card but informed the agent that if/when I get the refund I will update my BBB complaint to say the issue was promptly and satisfactorily resolved.

Thank you again for such great service!

On March 26th 2025 I received a call which I believed to be Wyndham vacations. I was told that the vacations we had received from them were set to expire and if I didnt pay TODAY I would lose them. I was offered several other trips as well. I asked several times if I would receive an email listing out all that was offered and was assured I would. The salesperson was extremely pushy and now, in hindsight, being completely deceitful. The trips I had with Wyndham had nothing to do with them and were not expiring. The email I received after paying $630 was very unprofessional and inconclusive which makes me nervous. It did not have listed the trips promised anywhere nor a confirmation number. I want a refund. This was a total scam!

I purchased a vacation package for my family and when I went to book the vacation I was told my children where not eligible to go due to their age. I am pretty sure I discussed the ages of my children when I purchased the vacation as I wanted to make sure all four of us could travel.

They called and sold me a fake vacation package. They called under the name Trade Show Travel *** and sold me a package that they completely lied about. When I called to book my vacation it was the number for Monster Vacations. When I called and explained the situation to Monster she said that she could not book me for my location unless I paid an EXTRA $1,450 in addition to the $649 I already paid to receive the package. I asked to cancel my package, she would not do that and only offered me a small refund on the original amount I paid. - They lied about the amount of people who can travel - They lied about the price for the bookings, telling me there would only be taxes of $10-20 per night (the resort I inquired about was going to cost taxes PLUS an extra $1450 USD)- They lied telling me I would have an upgraded room - They lied about the amount of resorts available - They lied about the amount of timeshare presentations I would need to attend - They lied about what travel company name they are - They lied about the entire package that was sold
