    I was pressured by several people to purchase this "vacation" package. I told them no several times, but they kept making it "better". I even said several times that I was at work and they just wouldn't take no for an answer. I sent an email to cancel with no response. I should have just hung up.I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes and finally spoke with ****. I explained that I wanted to cancel and he couldn't "find me" in the system, which I said was odd because they called me on the same number.He finally found me with my last name.He said I will also have them add you to the DO NOT CALL list and proceeded to hang up the phone.I sent another email detailing this conversation. I have not heard back.I again am on hold and have been for the last 15 minutes without speaking to anyone.I want my money refunded. I have followed the proper protocols within the timeline of the purchase.

    We love traveling with them. Yes we have upgraded a few times but has been well worth it. ******** *. helped us reservations today. She was so nice and helpful! On a side not we would love to ************** added as a destination again. We just returned from a Monster trip to *******. Great accomodations and everything was a breeze.***** ****

    I just read some of the negative reviews and it doesn't even remotely sound like the experience I had. I can agree that the initial phone call we had was long, but since then my wife and I have booked three vacations through ******. Each booking experience was painless: I tell her when and where we want to go through email, she responds with hotel options, and then we decide and solidify plans with a phone call. Literally today it took less than an hour to book a Mexico trip in August. This company has made traveling so much easier than it used to be for us. ****** you can't ever retire ??

    I had the pleasure of working with ****** ***** from Trade Show Travel, and I can't say enough good things about her! ****** is incredibly patient and truly goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is perfect. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and worked tirelessly to find me the best deals. Her dedication and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares and will go above and beyond for you, ****** is the one to call. Highly recommend!

    They appear to be very helpful & once they get your number, however they get it, they are constantly calling you. You block their ******** call from another one. So I decided to try their service. They mislead & lie to get you signed up. Was told I didn't have to sit through a 90 session because I had already done that a year prior. They were told that my income was less than $50,000 yearly. I was also told that cancelation insurance was included but when I went to book all of that was debunked! The same day I started to book a trip I realized how I was lied to & mislead, I told them I wanted to cancel my ***************** reassured me that she would start the refund process promptly. Week later I try to find an email to respond, they have none. I tried calling the lady that said she was taking care of the *********** either went to VM or she hung up as soon as I said I'm checking on my refund status. Even when trying to leave a message as soon as I said refund the phone disconnected. So I filed a dispute with my CC & the very next day it was refunded! Very bad customer service & be prepared to get lied to & have a lot of anxiety when dealing with this company!

Our customer service departments do not block calls from guest, so I'm unsure what number you were reaching out to, however our goal is to ensure everything is transparent and 100% guest satisfaction is always our goal.

    They never stop robbing you blind, I stress the use of caution with this outfit they call them selves Trade Show Travel Company and are also know as Monster RG. They offered us two packages 6 months apart. Like the fool I am purchased the first one then they called to upgrade 6 months later with the promise that this upgrade will eliminate sitting through the Time Share presentation. Few months later we decided to book our first travel session with them and find out that we need to sit through the first Time Share presentation and then there won't be anymore after that. Next thing is after spending over 2k on both these packages they insist that you still need to pay more at time of booking. Supposedly this extra covers tips and all resort taxes and your food. Flag up, these packages I purchased are supposedly are all Inclusive so why is food part of the extra billing and why are they taking care of my tips? For 6 days 5 nights they are charging me an extra 700 USD. That's a whole vacation on its own. On top of everything you need to bring all your proof of income, marriage and need to meet a threshold of a certain income in USD per year to officially qualify for the resort your travelling to. Instead of them verifying this now they wait to you travel there and if your not qualified your on the hook to out right pay for your stay, otherwards you did not meet there qualifications. This sparked another RED FLAG. I am now wishing I never got involved with this very shady outfit. It's no wonder they have a lot of vacation areas available because they come out with the full amounts until you get to your destination and pray to GOD they don't give some ridiculous reason to disqualify you for your stay.

    ****** and *** were AMAZING!! We had some issues booking with another gentleman but once i got in contact with ****** and *** they helped fix the situation. I am so grateful i found them, their patience definitely didnt go unnoticed. Cant wait to book with them again!!!

    ****** and *** are the best! They were very helpful and patient with my family and I when there was a problem with our booking. They took the time to guide us through everything. They took turns explaining everything to us in detail and I truly appreciate them for that. I would definitely recommend anyone trying to book to ask for ****** or ***!

    I have spent $4000.00 on vacation packages that they tell me are ************* they call again stating that they want another $995.00 to finalize.They give a different story every time, I have been told no less than 3 times that I am all paid up and that they will not ask for any more money....they misrepresent and make promises that they do not keep and then get nasty on the phone and make the caller feel like an idiot for trusting them at all.I am totally frustrated with Trade Show Travel / Monster reservations, I have never been lied to so much from a company and do not recommend that anybody else give them 1 dime or a moment of their time as I have spent so much of my money and time and end up totally frustrated.
