      I am reaching out for urgent legal assistance regarding a serious issue with a car purchase I made in 2022 from Off Lease Only. I was informed that I was purchasing a 2016 ******* Elantra for $12,800. I paid a $4,000 down payment towards the car and signed a contract presented to me on an iPad. However, when I received the full contract, I discovered that the price of the car was listed as $35,000.Upon realizing this, I immediately returned to the dealership, where I was repeatedly given an apology and then the runaround. They assured me they would correct the contract to reflect the agreed-upon terms, but they never did. Despite my continuous efforts over the past three years to resolve this matter, I have made no progress.Additionally, I recently learned from ALLY AUTO that my $4,000 down payment was never properly credited to my account. This revelation has added to my financial burden, as I have already paid $18,500 towards this vehicle. My ability to address this matter sooner was impacted by personal circumstances, including relocating twice and giving birth to my son. Also, the dealership refinanced my car with Ally without my permission which is illegal. I believe I have been a victim of deceptive business practices and possible fraud. I need legal guidance on how to proceed, whether it be filing a lawsuit, reporting the dealership, or taking other legal action to recover my funds and correct this situation.Please let me know how we can move forward as soon as possible. I appreciate your time and assistance and look forward to your advice on the next steps.

      Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Vehicle Sale and Salvage Brand Misrepresentation To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Off Lease Only, from whom I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze in 2017. At the time of purchase, I was shown a clean Carfax report by the salesperson. When I requested a printed or emailed copy, I was told it could not be provided, but that it wasnt necessary since I had already viewed the report in person and the car was clean.I paid the car off in full about a year ago. Recently, when attempting to trade the vehicle in, I was informed that the vehicle is flagged with a salvage title and structural damage history. This came as a complete shock to me. The Florida title I received is clean with no brand or indication of damage, and I have verified that the Michigan title where the vehicle originated is also ******** further investigate, I obtained an NMVTIS report, which confirms there are no prior accidents, salvage, or structural damage events listed. However, ****************** is reporting a salvage brand, claiming the information came from an auction company. They have refused to correct or remove the report and will not disclose the name of the auction company. They advised me to contact both the auction house and the dealership but Off Lease Only is now shut down, leaving me without any path to resolve this directly.I paid over $21,000 total for this vehicle and am now left with a car that is essentially worthless due to this false branding. I am seeking guidance on my consumer rights, and any available legal recourse for this situation. I believe I was a victim of deceptive business practices, and I am requesting an investigation and assistance with clearing my vehicles history so I can rightfully sell or trade it.Please advise me on the next steps and how to proceed in resolving this serious issue.Sincerely,**** ******* ************

      I purchased a car from Off Lease Only on February 28, 2022. Shortly after driving the car out of state, I began experiencing severe issues. Despite these problems, I have consistently made my monthly car payments to protect my credit score.Recently, I discovered that Off Lease Only sells vehicles that have been involved in crashes. A mechanic conducted a thorough inspection of my car and revealed that it was poorly reassembled. Specifically, there were papers, plastic bags, and other items improperly placed where the fuel pump should ***** is clear that Off Lease Only sold me a defective vehicle, which constitutes fraud. Additionally, the warranty I purchased from them is now worthless due to the car's condition.

      I received a check from off lease only regarding our gap insurance. I changed auto loan servicing company to ***********. We receive reimbursement check for the gap insurance but when we retire to cash the check but it was bounced due to off lease only filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September of 2023. We filed a complaint previously through the staff off lease put in charge for complaints but nothing has been done.

      I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Off Lease, and I just recently paid it completely off. I was told by the ********************* that Off Lease should send me a premium refund check for the balance, since the vehicle is paid off. I cannot reach anyone at Off Lease, nor, has anyone returned any of my phone calls or messages.

      I am trying to get information about my gap insurance that I purchased from off lease only in ************************ and they closed I have no way off getting this information, now that my car was a total loss
