I need a million negative stars!!!! I purchased a car with Offlease May of 2023. Im car is flooded! The front and back on all 4 floors. My trunk is also flooded and has white mildew. I have to vacuum out my car each time my kids and I get into the car. Myself nor my kids can step on the floor due to the high water. I wish I could attach photos and videos. Ive called offlease and went because I wasnt getting and answer and come to find out they are closed. I called the new one thats opened and they said they could not help me. Please beware DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase a car with either company they may have that is standing! What a waste of money! If I didnt not want my credit to go bad I would leave the car and not make a payment!Btw this is what can happen when you have the white mold I currently have in my car. The presence of white mold can lead to respiratory and skin irritation, lung infections, asthma, and other health challenges. Symptoms can include nasal congestion, wheezing, eye and skin irritation, fever, and shortness of breath.Review from Margie S

Purchased car sight unseen. Arrived with horrific smell which may be tobacco. I have been trying many, many ways to get rid of the smell. When I purchased it, I asked if there were smokers in car and told no. I have since contacted them and they claim there was no smell when car was delivered. I am sick when driving it. So many things tried and smell has remained. Company does not call me back. I am a widow and a senior with health issues. I want to return it and get my money back.Review from Tarrick G

I have got a car through from them got the loan leave with the car a month later they call say that the application did not go through so I was wondering how I got to leave with the car got a letter say return the car in 48 hours or they report it stolen an track it i returned it wait week for my down payment back when I got it I deposited it the bank told me they returned the check an charge me so now I still have not gotten my money back and am taking legal actionsReview from Rebecca S

We had a great experience. Found a car on their website and set up an appointment same day to go see it. The salesman was open and transparent, gave us all the information we needed and disclosed all costs up front. It was an easy pain free process and they even sent us home with a full tank of gas. My son bought me a car from them and there was something wrong with the trunk and they said and noted they would fix it. I brought my car in at least 4 times to be repaired and each time I was told it was something else and would have to come back. Finally they sent me to the **** dealer to fix it. They sent them the quote to do this but now they will not honor it. The manager told my son today there is nothing they can do and they are done with us. This has been going on since February 18th. I know have a car that I can not use the trunk. To get to my spare you need to be able to get in the trunk. Do not trust them they are not an honest company.Off Lease Only, LLC Response

I purchased a car from this place in within a week the door handle broke off which I barely drove the car. I was given the run around by several employees for 2 weeks about just simply fixing the door handle then I was told they would not. I went to the dealership to see if I could just trade the car in which they still gave me a hard time and then after sitting for an hour was told they can only offer be way less then what they sold it to me when I literally just got it 2 weeks ago. I then asked for corporate phone number which they denied it to me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and also they stated that their mechanic do not inspect the carsOff Lease Only, LLC Response

Total *** ***! I'm paying 32 grand for a car that was priced for 18,500. My interest rate was over 15 percent although I have very good credit! Can't get anyone to return my numerous calls about these crazy numbers they are charging me. That business should be ********! Buyers beware!Off Lease Only, LLC Response

Horrible customer service hey sold my 16 year old grandson car right from under ** in tried and tried to get a manager tocontact me been there days .PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. Arriving at WPB location we were paired with **** whom was very kind, transparent and persistent to find my daughter and I vehicles that worked for our situation. Walking in we were very skeptical on our approval options however we now are both in reliable cars that made sense for **. On to finance we had the pleasure of working with ****** and ******* whom both genuinely want the best for the customer. Car buying has certainly changed but grateful for ** having the team we did. We just bought our second car from Off Lease after a terrific car accident. ***** was our sales rep and did a fantastic job showing ** a variety of cars to suit our desires. He did research on his own to find ** a suitable car and came in on his day off to finalize the deal. We was kind, attentive and patient with ** as we were still very upset about our accident. We previously purchased a 2017 ******* Elantra four years ago and loved it but that was the car that was in the crash. They are a great dealer to work with with no surprise fees. Highly recommend Off Lease Only.
