      We just bought our second car from Off Lease after a terrific car accident. ***** was our sales rep and did a fantastic job showing ** a variety of cars to suit our desires. He did research on his own to find ** a suitable car and came in on his day off to finalize the deal. We was kind, attentive and patient with ** as we were still very upset about our accident. We previously purchased a 2017 ******* Elantra four years ago and loved it but that was the car that was in the crash. They are a great dealer to work with with no surprise fees. Highly recommend Off Lease Only.

      I purchased a truck from this company and oh were they so polite the moment the moment we entered the building only to end up having the worse experience being sold a truck with over 9000 in repairs due to a red engine light kept coming on three days after the purchase of the truck, after speaking with supervisors, Mr. ****, ******, ****, ******* and *** (who's no longer there). Each of these individuals kept telling us nothing was wrong with this truck just because the red light was on now months later after taking it to the dealership that made the truck finds over 9,000 of repairs needed and the found a sensor wrapped in tape underneath there. I have the diagnostic result. How come Off Lease did not see this and it was there eight times for the red light whom they said they kept changing the sensor out. Last week Warranty Solutions mailed a refund check for 2,470 stating Off Lease told them to cancel immediately. I still have the check! This was the worse experience ever! Now Off Lease tells us there is nothing else they can do about it other than I co-sign another truck and put more money down for Ronnie. He didn't need a co-signer for this truck! Horrible!! I also reached out to Federal Trade Commision as well.

      They misrepresented a car that I brought and now Im stuck with a vehicle which has so much issues!!! This is wrong not to mention Im a disabled vet. They are crooks and will prey and play on someones trust in them. When I spoke to the manager they pretty much said sir you signed it so good luck trying to get a lawyer to represent you. You just dont do that to people. I feel so hurt because Im stuck paying a vehicle that has so many discrepancies.

      So on 1/22/23 I contacted this dealer to inquire about a car. They tell me it's available and text me videos of it, which I asked for. I tell them I have my own lender for financing and can get a pre-approval asap. I also mentioned that I live in ** and will fly down to ******* and will drive it back up in 2 weeks due to work.They seemed irritated but they said fine, but you have to put a deposit down asap if you want the car. So I contact my credit union, get the loan approved for this specific car. Then contact them to send the deposit instructions and that I'll be waiting. Never got the deposit email that day.Following day I wake up to texts telling me to rush and pay the deposit because someone else may be interested in the car, so I rush and pay it because I want the car. Just told them to send the deposit email over and paid it immediately after receiving. Then they tell me ok got it and will send paperwork email soon.Entire day goes by and no paperwork arrives. Then I get a call from Offlease from ******, the sales manager telling me there was a "mishap" and someone else put a deposit down too so they're giving them the car instead because they are going to be doing a pre-purchase inspection. Meanwhile I already got my loan approved, got my credit pulled for this specific car AND booked my flights for my wife and I. They are refunding my deposit obviously but not sure how a mishap like that can happen, especially when I told them I'm good to go with my lender. So now I don't get the car, had to pay a fee to cancel my flights and am left with a hard inquiry on my credit report because the loan only applied to this car. And to purchase another car, I'll have to redo the process and get another hard pull on my credit. Do not recommend this dealer at all.

      We just financed a car yesterday with Offlease. From the beginning to the end, I can say it was worth it. First time we came on a Saturday, we were just looking to see the car and feel it in person and ********************* was there to helping us all the way. He was very patient with us even though we requested 2 cars to test drive.
