Much better and faster service than the last warranty claim I had, much improved

I had an issue with a very expensive cuter and could never get it working correctly. I emailed Quality Importers and talked with a supervisor. They did an excellent job resolvimg the issue. They let me choose out a different replacement cutter, and to my surprise, when it arrived, it also had a brand new cuter of the style I was having issues with. I amd very pleased at the warranty service I received! Thank you.

Th Xikar lighters this company sold me are extremely poor quality, and had to be returned multiple times for warranty issues.The last time I sent them in, I requested a refund instead because I didn't want any more cheaply made products. I received a $20 lighter as a gift for Christmas and it works reliably and better than any of these $80 lighters I bought ever did. I was not granted the refund I requested but only a store credit, which their products are marked up significantly higher than the market on their website. Not happy.

I returned a few lighters that wouldnt light or keeps flame after several years, Had a little problem as they couldnt find my return items after they authorized. Dealt with several reps with no help the got Tasjai and he was able to locate my returns that was in there where house. He said one item was no now disconnected and gave option to choose from see others. He then shipped my returns and received them in 3days. They company should have more people who care about there job like him. Hats off to Tasjai.

Bought a Xikar dual flame lighter about 10 years ago. Never had an issue with it the first 7 years. Sent it back for repair and it was fixed and returned within a few weeks. It worked fine for another 3 years but then had another issue. Sent it back again for repair but this time they told me my lighter was discontinued and they would send me a new lighter instead. They gave me two options to choose from but I decided I didn't like either one. I found one on their website that was in stock and similarly priced to my old one and asked if they could send me that one. They said Yes and I got it within a week. My experience with Xikar has been great and Ill continue buying and using their products.

***********************,I only own Xikar lighters for the past 11 years. I never had a problem with anything. Only company that stands behind there products. Anytime I had an issue with my lighter I will just send it out. I always receive a brand new lighter back if it was still available on there website. If it wasnt no problem trade it in still had value to my old lighter for the new lighter you can pay difference if your lighter doesnt cost as much as you new one will. Excellent company. Proud customer of Xikar only lighter I will ever own. The day xikar goes out of business will be the day I have a problem. might just have to quite smoking. Where will I go from here. Xikar has me spoiled so if you dont have a lighter with a warranty then you dont have a lighter my friend. Very special thanks to Tasjai Clinch he works in the warranty department and he makes the company that much better. But Xikar always been good to me and my wife. Love Xikar thanks I dont own nothing but Xikar lighters. You cant go wrong its just another timeless peace. And a peace of mind when it comes to the warranty Im at ease. I only wish the best for this company. I read the problems other customer had and its ridiculous. I guess u cant please everybody with a brand new lighter some people can be very awful. But this company goes above & beyond there measures to satisfied there customers. Very proud to be an Xikar customer. Brand new lighter anytime you have a problem. How can you go wrong with this company. Terrible things was spoken on this company and I have to write this. All I can say is WoW. Childish people reporting nonsense. But if you want to own a good lighter and have a warranty you have found it. ONCE YOU JOIN XIKAR THERE IS NO COMING BACK. I FORGOT WHAT A BIC WAS.

*Real customer from Texas* I had an issue with a lighter. Joseph L was the representative that helped me. We took the warranty route and I still had an issue with the repaired lighter. I contacted him and he responded within a couple of minutes. He replaced the item with no issues and was very helpful! I would definitely do business with them again! Thanks Joseph!

I was extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service that I received. The entire process of replacing my lighter went smoothly with excellent follow up.

The customer service is great and they stand by there lifetime warranty! I sent a Xikar Havanna Collection three jet lighter in for repair. It was unrepairable but they said they would send me a comparable one in return, and because my old lighter had sentimental value to me, they’d return that to me also. You can’t get better service than that! Thank you Eric Taylor and the Xikar team! I’m Xikar fir life and will be an Ambassador for the brand!
